    Abstract:
    The research and development of heat resistant Mg alloys were reviewed and alloying these alloys was mentioned as the basic method improving the properties as well as Cu, Ca, Sc and Sr, rare-earth elements. Alloying, extrusion and semi-solid process were highlighted to introduce the sliping of prismatic plane (1010) and pyramidal plane (1011) which can benefit the mechanical properties. Superplastic process was the effective method to fabricate the heat resistant Mg alloys parts.

    Abstract:
    Nanocrystalline CeO2 was prepared by hydrothermal crystallization method. XRD analysis indicates that the structure of the synthesized CeO2 is cubic with space group O5H FM3M. TEM photos reveals that nanocrystalline CeO2 is spherical in shape with a mean particle size of less than 100 nm. It was found that with increase of hydrothermal treatment temperatures the relative density of CeO2 nanocrystalline increased.

    Nanostructured AgSnO 2 powders were prepared by high energy ball milling. After hot press sintering, the nanostructured AgSnO 2 contact materials were obtained. Compared with the AgSnO 2In 2O 3 prepared by internal oxidation with clustered at crystal boundary, the nonostructured AgSnO 2 Composite bulk has the microstructure with nano scaled SnO 2 particles dispersed on the silver matrix.

    Abstract:
    The current research status of tungsten-copper composites used at high temperature in China had been expounded, which involves the fabricating technique, high temperature strength, burning erosive resistance, thermo-shock resistance and dimensional stability, etc. The properties of material have been developing as the sintering-melting method had been used. The high temperature strength was objected to the strength of tungsten skeleton. The thermo-shock resistance was subjected to the Cu-content and its well-distributed in material after melting-penetrating. And through the technologys improving, the burning erosive resistance and dimensional stability in the course of sintering had well been developed.

    采用溶膠-凝膠法和熱壓燒結(jié)相結(jié)合的新工藝制備超細(xì)A12O3p彌散強(qiáng)化銅材料,并對(duì)其燒結(jié)態(tài)和退火態(tài)的顯微組織和性能進(jìn)行了觀察與分析,結(jié)果表明:用這種工藝制和軒的彌散強(qiáng)化銅材料具有高致密度、高強(qiáng)度、高電導(dǎo)率及高溫?zé)岱€(wěn)定性等優(yōu)點(diǎn);A12O3p顆粒平均尺寸約0.1um,顆粒間距0.3um;900℃退火后性能改變很小。

There is a fairly good technical bases for predicting significant advances in the industrialization of metal fibres and fibre products in China.

    Abstract:
    CeO 2 nanoparticles hydrosol was synthesized by colloidal chemical method. The optimum experiment conditions for the preparation of CeO 2 nanoparticles hydrosol were discussed. The effects of pH values, the reactant concentration and temperature on peptization process were studied. TEM photos showed that the CeO 2 nanoparticles were spherical in shape and the size was about 3nm. Particle size distribution was in narrow range, and no agglomerates were observed. ED images indicated that the CeO 2 nanoparticles were polycrystalline structure, and some of CeO 2 were monocrystal particles.

    Abstract:
    TiO2 nanotube was synthesized successfully by hydrothermal process, using TiO2 powder and NaOH as the precurser. The micro-morphology and optical properties were characterized by XRD, SEM, HRTEM, UV Absorption Spectra Analyzer and Spectroradiometer, and the formation mechanism was also studied. The results showed that the product is anatase TiO2 nanotube with multiple layers wall, 10 nm~50 nm in the out-diameter, several micron to tens in the length, and opened in both of ends. The formation mechanism of the tube is coordinate with 3-2-1D model. The UV Absorption Spectra and PL spectra showed that the TiO2 nanotubes present blue-shift phenomenon compared to the raw material. The PL spectra also showed that at the visible band the luminous intensity of the TiO2 nanotubes increased obviously.

This paper relates the development of fabricating high thermal conductivity AlN ceramics process, including powder preparation, molding, sintering. It is suggested that research on low cost powder preparation technology and net shape molding technology are valuable.

    Electrospinning technique is playing an important role and has been regarded as one of the simplest and most effective techniques in the field of nanofibers fabrication. Various kinds of nanofibers have been prepared using this method, including polymers and inorganic nanofibers. In this paper, a comprehensive review is presented on the fabrication of inorganic nanofibers using electrospinning technique, including its mechanism, modification and effecting factors. In addition, the applications and future trends are presented and discussed for the inorganic nanofibers in this paper.

    Abstract:
    The titania film was formed by micro -arc oxidation on titanium alloys.The microstructure and chemical composition were studied by SEM,XRD.At the same time ,the hardness,elastic modulus and scratch resista nce measurement were carried out as well by nano -indentation and scratch machine.The results show that the micro -arc oxidation film which is consisted of cry stal and little amorphous phase has nano structure .The hardness and elastic modulus are 0.76GPa and 34.6GPa respectively.There is no film destroyed unless under high load.

    研究了Ce對(duì)鎂及鎂合金晶粒細(xì)化效果和力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:純鎂結(jié)晶時(shí)易形成粗大的柱狀晶和扇形晶,加入微量稀土元素Ce后,晶粒被明顯細(xì)化,柱狀晶全部轉(zhuǎn)化成等軸晶。在AZ31合金中添加微量稀十元素Ce,晶粒由未細(xì)化前的約300μm下降到約30μm。稀土Ce在鎂及AZ31合金中的固溶度很小,在凝固過(guò)程中固/液界面前沿Ce容易富集引起成分過(guò)冷形成新形核帶導(dǎo)致晶粒細(xì)化。凝固過(guò)程中溶質(zhì)再分配造成固液界面前沿成分過(guò)冷度增大是稀土元素細(xì)化鎂及鎂合金的主要機(jī)理。
