Abstract:系統(tǒng)地研究了 Fe0 .85 Mn0 .1 5 Ti0 .9M0 .1 (M=Zr,V,Ca)合金的貯氫性能。研究結果表明 :Fe0 .85 Mn0 .1 5 Ti0 .9Zr0 .1 合金在室溫下經(jīng)幾分鐘的孕育期就可吸氫 ,但合金在氫化過程中形成了氫含量很高的α相 ,導致合金的貯氫量降低 ,同時還使 p- c- T曲線的平臺特性變差 ;Fe0 .85 Mn0 .1 5 Ti0 .9V0 .1 合金的活化性能進一步得到改善 ,在室溫下幾乎不需要孕育期就可以吸氫 ,但同時要降低合金的貯氫量 ,而對合金的 p- c- T曲線平臺特性影響不明顯 ;用 Ca取代 Fe0 .85 Mn0 .1 5 Ti合金中的部分 Ti則對合金的貯氫性能影響不明顯。通過 XRD分析認為 ,上述性能的變化主要與合金中出現(xiàn)第二相有關

Abstract:通過熱重分析和差熱分析并結合 X射線衍射技術對 Ir O2 +Ta2 O5 混合氧化物的熱形成進行了研究。結果表明 :摩爾分數(shù) x<2 5 %時 ,在混合氯鹽體系 x H2 Ir Cl6 +(1- x)Ta Cl5 中 ,熱解產(chǎn)物中的固溶體為β相 (β- Ta2 O5 中固溶了 Ir組元 ) ;x≥ 2 5 %時 ,生成的固溶體為固溶了 Ta組元的 Ir O2 金紅石相 ,而且數(shù)量在兩個以上 ;只有當 x≥ 42 .86 %時 ,其中的金紅石相固溶體才是穩(wěn)定的。 Ir和 Ta組元在熱解過程中相互促進的作用強度順序為 :x=5 .2 6 %

Abstract:The RE containing superconducting materials, especially high temperature RE cuprate superconductors which have been discovered since 1986, are briefly introduced. The advances in the technology and applications of these materials are also described. It is indicated that the RE Ba Cu O superconductors, especially NdBCO bulks, are better than the YBCO for patch production, and exhibit the economic potential.

Abstract:Recent development of theory and application of the RUSM (rhomb unit structural model) for amorphous alloys are reviewed.The RUSM is compared with some other models. Abstract:利用X射線衍射極圖測量技術,研究了Ti-2Al-2.5Zr合金軋制、拉拔管材的退火織構,并與軋制板材的織構進行了對比分析,結果表明:軋制管材環(huán)向主織構由棱錐織構{1015}和基面積構(0001)等組成:而軸向主織構則包括棱柱織構{1010}和{1120}等棱錐織構;拉拔管材退只構類型與軋制管材相似,但其主織構盛會中度與軋制管材相比則發(fā)生較大變化;冷軋板材的退火織構隨溫度升高而發(fā)生轉變。

Abstract:將5種鑄態(tài)TiAl置于700℃~1000℃靜止空氣中斷續(xù)氧化100h。采用XRD和SEM/EDS分析技術,觀察分析了TiAl氧化后的表面形貌、相組成及分布狀況,結果表明:氧化產(chǎn)物主要為金紅石型R-T和剛玉型α-A12O3;低溫、短時氧化時,氧化產(chǎn)物呈混合形式存在;高溫、長時化時,在混合氧化物之外易形成純R-TiO2晶體層。

Abstract:基于三維網(wǎng)狀高孔率金屬材料的結構特點,建立其簡化的幾何結構模型,根據(jù)該模型,運用有關幾何與力學理論,導出了這種材料抗拉強度的計算公式。該公式將抗拉強度與孔率θ通過(1-θ)的冪次項型式聯(lián)系在一起。最后,用有關實驗測試證明了計算公式的應用效果是良好的。

Abstract:運用掃描電鏡(SEM)研究了ZrC顆粒增強鎢基復合材料(ZrCp/W,ZrC顆粒體積分數(shù)為30%)在1000℃高溫的斷裂行為。結果表明:高溫下,復合材料斷裂過程是“微裂紋萌生-裂紋連接長大一裂紋快速擴展-材料斷裂:;復合材料中的ZrCp為脆性斷裂,W基體有韌性斷裂跡象;隨溫度升高,W基體發(fā)生了脆塑轉變,W基體的塑性在一定程序上延緩了裂紋的擴展速率,降低了材料對裂紋的敏感性,基體在斷裂前發(fā)生一定塑性

Abstract:研制出一種以 Ti2 Co相彌散強化 α- Ti基體的鈦合金 Ti- 8Co- 5 Al。實驗表明 ,在變形溫度為 72 5℃ ,應變速率為 1× 10 - 3s- 1 的條件下可獲得斷裂延伸率 70 8%。從實測應變速率敏感性指數(shù)為 0 .47,并結合試樣斷口處縱向剖面顯微組織的掃描電鏡觀察 ,表明在Ti- 8Co- 5 Al合金中發(fā)生了α- Ti晶界及α- Ti/ Ti2 Co相界的滑移為主要變形機制的變形過程。采用 Ti- 8Co- 5 Al合金在 730℃和 1× 10 - 3s- 1 應變速率條件下成功地等溫鍛造出飛機零件 ,比 Ti- 6 Al- 4V合金低約 2 10℃

Abstract:Laser cladding was done on the 45 # steel substrate using an auto feeding powder method. Effect of scanning speed on the microstructure and solidification process of the laser cladd Ni alloy have been systematically studied. Experimental results show that the clad microstructure is composed of primary dendrite and block(or needle) eutectic. The mophology of eutectic carbide is resulted from its chemical composition. Bright ribbon does not exist, and there is finer hypoeutectic microstructure at the interface between overlapping and clad layers. The clad microstructure becomes finer and inhomgeneous with increasing the distance from the interface. The increase of scanning speed results in finer structure, higher micro hardness, and better homogeneity. The solidification process is discussed based on the analyzed model. Some solidification parameters of laser melting bath are also calculated.

Abstract:在Gleeble2000熱模擬機上對一種2019Al-Li合金進行高溫扭轉試驗,研究了合金扭轉時的等效應力-應變關系和扭轉變形組織特征,研究結果表明:合金表現(xiàn)出與壓縮變形類似的穩(wěn)態(tài)流變特征,扭轉等效應力隨變形溫度的升高和應變速率的降低而減??;其變形過程屬于受位錯速率機制控制的熱激活過程,等效應力、等效應變速率和溫度之間基本上滿足以曲正弦函數(shù)關系,扭轉等效應力隨變形溫度的升高和應變速率的降低而減小。

Abstract:The fracture mechanisms of various lamellar oriented polysynthetically twinned (PST) crystals of Ti 49 at%Al based alloy have been studied using in situ SEM technique. Abstract:采用溶膠-凝膠法和熱壓燒結相結合的新工藝制備超細A12O3p彌散強化銅材料,并對其燒結態(tài)和退火態(tài)的顯微組織和性能進行了觀察與分析,結果表明:用這種工藝制和軒的彌散強化銅材料具有高致密度、高強度、高電導率及高溫熱穩(wěn)定性等優(yōu)點;A12O3p顆粒平均尺寸約0.1um,顆粒間距0.3um;900℃退火后性能改變很小。
