Abstract:通過適當(dāng)?shù)闹苽涔に嚕频昧撕保埃觯铮欤ァ玻埃觯铮欤ゲAУ脑鲰g氧化鋯-玻璃復(fù)相材料,這種材料易于燒結(jié)、對原材料要求低、具有較低的熱膨脹系數(shù)和彈性模量,它具有與Y—TZP相當(dāng)?shù)牧W(xué)性能,而且在水蒸氣中熱處理30h后無強(qiáng)度退化現(xiàn)象。

Abstract:研究了錫含量對鋯-錫合金力學(xué)性能和腐蝕性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:錫在0.5wt%~1.7wt%范圍內(nèi),隨著錫含量的增加,合金的強(qiáng)度增加,在400℃蒸汽腐蝕試驗中,隨著合金中錫含量的減少,腐蝕增重降低并能改善合金的抗癤狀腐蝕能力。

Abstract:通過等溫鍛造方法對Ti-47Al-5(C+V+Mo+Nb)(at%)合金進(jìn)行組織控制。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),由于合金在凝固過程中存在兩個包晶反應(yīng),導(dǎo)致枝晶間鋁含量的分布極不平衡,從而使鑄錠組織不均勻,含有大量的γ+α2片層組織。在熱加工中,片層組織在大變形量下發(fā)生剪切變形或嚴(yán)重彎曲。剪切變形組織沿平行于片層邊界作用,使各片層團(tuán)間產(chǎn)生大量再結(jié)晶晶粒并呈無序生長;而由于γ和α2取向關(guān)系發(fā)生畸變,γ和α2由片層形式趨向于等軸。本研究還對γ-TiAl合金再結(jié)晶機(jī)理進(jìn)行了討論。

Abstract:以真空-氣壓燒結(jié)爐為主要手段,研究了WC—Co硬質(zhì)合金在真空燒結(jié)中的行為及氣壓燒結(jié)的作用。結(jié)果表明:YG8牌號的硬質(zhì)合金的真空燒結(jié)起始于約940℃,終止于約1420℃,其真空燒結(jié)機(jī)理為相界反應(yīng)控制的“溶解-淀析”過程。采用氣壓燒結(jié)工藝后,材料各方面性能均有明顯改善。

Abstract:he systematical analyses on the rheological concepts and principles concerning the powder injection molding (PIM) process are carried out. The creeping regularities and the flowing rate distributions at the flow front in the cylinder cavity on the Newton flow, Power-law flow and Bingham flow, which are of great importance in PIM, are derived. Finaly, the rheological analysis in St3N4-binder injection molding system is discussed as an example of rheological principles and their application.

Abstract:he fracture behaviour of the sintered NdFeB permanent magnetic materials and the composition of phases on grain plane and grain boundary interface have been studied. It is shown that the fracture behaviour of the NdFeB magnets appear mainly intergranular facture and the grain boundary appears O-rich and Nd-rich. It is suggested that the intergranular Nd-rich film with oxygen located on the grain boundary is the main cause of the intergranular fracture of the magnets. The ways to strengthen the NdFeB Permanent magnetic materials have also been proposed.

Abstract:he diamond metalwork was made by the vacuum evaporateplated Ti on diamond and then POwder metallurgical sinterprocess. The results show that the vacuum evaporateplated. Ti on diamond has improved the infiltratity and surface activity of diamond, so that the rupture strength and surface abrasion resistance of the diamond metalwork are improved, and the working life of the diamond metalwork can be prolonged.

Abstract:A boronning method of porous stainless steel is introduced. Using this method, the porous body maintain its original porosity when its surface wearability is improved. The results indicate that deformation and peel of the sample can be avoided by boronning equal thickness at both surfaces of the sample. The boronned thickness are affected by boronizing temperature, time and the thickness of boronning agent.

Abstract:Ti / SnO2+Sb2O3+MnO2 / PbO2 anode has been studied by means of SEM and XRD. The lifetime and electro chemical kinematic parameter of electrod were determined. The anode is better than lead for treatment of coking waste water of containing phenol. The results show that the anode is a better electrocatalyst in sulfuric acid.

Abstract:對燒結(jié)后的硬質(zhì)合金頂錘進(jìn)行熱等靜壓(HIP),能有效提高其密度,使其在合成金剛石生產(chǎn)中使用壽命普遍延長3—4倍。熱等靜壓的最佳工藝條件是:溫度在1350~1375℃,壓力為80~100MPa,保溫保壓時間100~120min。同時,較全面地觀察和分析了WC—Co硬質(zhì)合金破裂的行為,并闡述了采用HIP處理能提高WC—Co硬質(zhì)合金頂錘質(zhì)量的原因。
