Abstract:brief introduction is presented for the methods of corn bustion synthesizing TiN including gas-solid,liquid-solid, and solid-solid methods.The effective factors of all these methods are also-discussed in detail. The results show that solid-solid methos is insensitive to nitrogen pressure and diluent,it is one of the simplest technology in the three methods.However,the most typical and common method is gas-solid cormbustion synthesizing method,due to the avilable of nitrogen resoursce.

Abstract:采用920℃下不同應(yīng)變速率的壓縮實(shí)驗(yàn),較為系統(tǒng)地研究了具有明顯的組織定向排列的Ti6Al4V合金非等軸組織的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變關(guān)系、應(yīng)力應(yīng)變速率關(guān)系及應(yīng)變速率敏感性隨應(yīng)變的變化,實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)在組織取向與應(yīng)力軸方向之間的夾角不同的情況下,上述各關(guān)系具有不同的特征,并從兩相變形的特點(diǎn)、變形中的晶粒轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)和組織等軸化的角度對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果給出了定性的解釋。

Abstract:研究了氧含量(0.10Wt%~0.30Wt%)對(duì)Ti-75合金組織和性能的影響。試驗(yàn)表明,在所研究的范圍內(nèi),β晶粒長(zhǎng)大的速度隨氧濃度增加而減小,強(qiáng)度、硬度、電阻線性增加,塑性及顯微組織變化不大,沖擊值雖顯著降低,但當(dāng)氧達(dá)到0.20Wt%時(shí),aK值仍有460kJ·m-2,由此可見(jiàn),氧控制在0.20wt%以下,可得到綜合性能良好的Ti-75合金。

Abstract:研究了Ti-6.5Al-3.5Mo-1.5Zr-0.3Si合金細(xì)觀結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)裂紋擴(kuò)展特性的影響。發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)△K值小于da/dN-△K曲線上轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)處△K值時(shí),合金出現(xiàn)解理斷裂,表明轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)是解理斷裂向條紋機(jī)制斷裂的過(guò)渡;大量試驗(yàn)又進(jìn)而證明,解理斷裂與裂尖塑性區(qū)大小和裂紋穿過(guò)的晶?;蚓в虺叽缬嘘P(guān)。由此,作者提出了鈦合金在裂紋擴(kuò)展過(guò)程中形成解理斷裂的一種新的斷裂機(jī)制。

Abstract:Dendrite arm spacings of alum inium and Al-Mn, Al-Cu, Al-Li,etc.14 aluminium alloys with minor Rare Elements added have been studied. Present investigation indicates that minor addition of Rare Earth Elements La,Ce or Yobviously refined the dendrite structure of commercial pure aluminium and aluminium alloys.The refining effect of Rare Earth Elements on dendrite arm spacings was directly related to the"quality"and'quantity'of alloying elements in the base alloy,this was reflected by the solute transportation characteristic parameter Po proposed in this paper;The refining effect of Rare Earth Elements on dendrite arm spacings was also related to the cooling rate during solidification. The higher the cooling rate,the weaker the refining effect of Rare Earth Element on dendrite arm spacings.Although some additives were indicated to be very effective in refining grain size of aluminium alloys,their refining effect on dendrite arm spacings were found to be very weak.

Abstract:利用自蔓延高溫合成(SHS)熔鑄技術(shù),將碳化鉻的高溫熔體鋪展在平面樣品的鋼表面上,從而形成厚度為幾毫米的熔覆層。為克服碳化鉻與底材的潤(rùn)濕問(wèn)題,采用與Fe有良好互溶性的Cr作為潤(rùn)濕功能層,在此基礎(chǔ)上,使Cr-C合金層中的碳作階梯改變,從而獲得了梯度熔覆層結(jié)構(gòu)。來(lái)用N2加壓(<20MPa)和預(yù)熱工藝(≤300℃)等措施,控制反應(yīng)燃燒溫度,改善熔體流動(dòng)性,增大熔渣分離速度,有利于提高熔覆層表面平滑程度。研究認(rèn)為,良好的結(jié)合強(qiáng)度來(lái)源于界面間強(qiáng)烈的冶金作用以及梯度成分分布。

Abstract:介紹了涂覆Y2O3的Ti纖維增強(qiáng)γ-TiAl基復(fù)合材料的研究結(jié)果,分析了其界面結(jié)構(gòu)和力學(xué)性能特征。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,用物理氣相沉積法(PVD)在其表面涂覆Y2O3層的Ti纖維增強(qiáng)TiAl基復(fù)合材料,不僅使TiAl合金的彎曲強(qiáng)度提高25%,而且在同一工藝條件下使Ti纖維與TiAl基體間的界面反應(yīng)層厚度由原來(lái)的30μm減小到14μm,界面有新相Ti3Al產(chǎn)生。

Abstract:測(cè)定了含Ce0.06wt%及0.15wt%的1420合金板材的時(shí)效硬化曲線及室溫力學(xué)性能,分析了Ce對(duì)1420合金時(shí)效過(guò)程的影響。結(jié)果表明:Ce含量在0.15wt%范圍內(nèi)的1420合金時(shí)效的組織與不含Ce的1420合金類(lèi)似,主要強(qiáng)化相為δ'及δ'/β'復(fù)合相。微量Ce在1420合金中可以減緩固溶處理時(shí)的再結(jié)晶過(guò)程及細(xì)化再結(jié)晶晶粒,并促進(jìn)δ'相在時(shí)效過(guò)程中的彌散析出。添加0.06Wt%Ce時(shí)有利于提高合金塑性,而添加0.15wt%Ce時(shí)則有利于提高合金強(qiáng)度。采用465℃固溶,2%預(yù)拉伸變形及170℃/6h時(shí)

Abstract:以I3-淀粉配合物為指示劑,用停流FIA光度法研究了鉬(VI)和鎢(VI)對(duì)H2O2-I氧化還原反應(yīng)體系的協(xié)同催化效應(yīng),并定義了協(xié)同催化系數(shù)D以表示這種協(xié)同作用的大小。將此系數(shù)引入到停流FIA-動(dòng)力學(xué)體系多組份同時(shí)測(cè)定的方法中,可有效地補(bǔ)償吸光度對(duì)加和性的偏離,并可降低檢出限。用本法測(cè)定鉬(Ⅵ)和鎢(Ⅵ)的線性范圍分別為0~1.1μg·ml-1和0~2.0μg·ml-1,而未補(bǔ)償時(shí)則分別為0~0.6μg·ml-1和0~0.8μg·ml-1。測(cè)定了鋼樣及模擬樣品中的用和鎢含量,結(jié)果滿意。鉬、鎢的回收率分別為

Abstract:he corrosion perforative equipment made of titanium used for mash shadow of colour TV has been manufactured successfully for the frist time in china.It has been running stable for two years since it was put into operation.The productivity and qualified products have increased by 10% and 6% respectively.It costs about 15% of that of imported one,therefore is a good alternative for the later.The design and manufacture of this production line have reached international level and open a new field for titanium application.
