Abstract:研究了Ti-5Al-2Mo-3Zr合金和ZrO_2增韌陶瓷間結(jié)合界面的化學(xué)成分分布和組織結(jié)構(gòu)變化。在1500℃和1600℃燒結(jié)成的界面中,可明顯地分為4個過渡層,大致含Zr量(不計氧含量)分別為:15%,30%,40%,70%。相應(yīng)的顯微組織為:固溶體+第二相、兩相組織、包晶共晶組織、多元偽共晶組織。主要的相有:ZrO_2,TiO_2,ZrTiO_4,Al_2TiO_5,MgTi_2O_5等。在鈦合金熔點以上的1700℃燒成的界面中,只有兩個過渡層:魏氏組織層和亞共晶層。

Abstract:用TEM、金相和X射線衍射研究了Ti_3Al-Nb-Mo-V-Er合金熱等靜壓材料中的顯微組織和微相結(jié)構(gòu)。在兩相區(qū)熱等靜壓,材料主要由較粗大的等軸狀的α_2晶粒組成,在α_2相的三叉晶界處有少量β相存在,隨著熱等靜壓溫度升高,β相區(qū)明顯增加,不僅在α_2晶界上有β相存在,在一些區(qū)域還可觀察到等軸狀的β相域團。熱等靜壓后的冷卻過程中,β相分解生成α+β混合組織;α_2相將有相分離反應(yīng)出現(xiàn)α_2→α_2+O(斜方相)轉(zhuǎn)變,α_2+O相混合體呈細小的片狀排列,分布在α_2晶粒四周的約0.3μm厚的層內(nèi)。

Abstract:The seguegation in the discs of Ti-17 alloy was studied by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The nonuniform microstructure in the discs has suggested the nonuniformity of the alloy composition. The unusual light point or block found in the disc are segregation, which are rich titanium, rich molybdenum or higher chromium and zirconium. These defects result from VAR process, which relates to the size of titanium sponge and alloying elements before melting.

Abstract:從沖擊波基本性質(zhì)出發(fā),推出了在具有正常壓縮性((?)~2P/(?)v~2)_s>0)的介質(zhì)中曲面沖擊波馬赫反射一般特性和相應(yīng)關(guān)系式。曲面沖擊波馬赫反射性質(zhì)與平面沖擊波不同,“三波線”軌跡為曲面,馬赫波速是變化的。當(dāng)馬赫波達到穩(wěn)定不變時,“三波線”軌跡成為平面,馬赫波速保持定值。在“三波線”軌跡面上,入射波速、反射波速和馬赫波速三者相等。由滑移爆轟產(chǎn)生的對稱收聚形曲面沖擊波所形成的馬赫反射波速,“三波線”增長角隨馬赫波的發(fā)展而單調(diào)減小,趨于相應(yīng)最小值——爆速和零。馬赫波迅速達到接近穩(wěn)定的尺寸,大曲率的收聚形

Abstract:用金相、掃描電鏡和X射線衍射研究了6種不同Al含量Ti-Al二元合金鑄態(tài)和退火態(tài)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)和相組成的特征和變化。從結(jié)晶動力學(xué)的觀點,分析了合金的結(jié)晶凝固過程。采用三點彎曲方法研究了合金的抗彎性能同Al含量的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,Al含量為34 wt%,經(jīng)1100℃/30 h退火的合金抗彎性能最好,Al含量偏離34wt%,都對合金的力學(xué)性能不利。

Abstract:介紹了Ti-22鈦合金緊固件的冷鐓成形和機械性能。重點介紹了冷鐓成形的工藝方案、坯料尺寸、模具設(shè)計以及質(zhì)量的影響因素。特別對鈦合金冷鐓最易發(fā)生的頭部45°開裂的原因進行了分析。實驗表明,介紹的工藝方案比較完善,工序簡單,可行性強,能較好地解決Ti-22合金冷鐓成形問題,對某些難鐓鍛材料也有實際參考價值。

Abstract:介紹了以硫脲為顯色劑測定Ti-Ru-Ni合金中Ru的光度法,對釕和硫脲顯色反應(yīng)的最佳條件進行了試驗和選擇。結(jié)果表明,共存的鈦和鎳不干擾釕的測定,所制定方法的加料回收率為96%—102%,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為1.5%,測定范圍為0.01%—1.00%,且操作簡單,準(zhǔn)確可靠,穩(wěn)定性好。

Abstract:Tube voltage volues used to be determined by doing test in X-ray flaw detection of titanium steel welds,which was considered low efficiency and costly. The author has fornd out the relationship of tube voltage value with thickness of samples and transillumination distances under different modes and conditions, and established an empiric formula for calculating tube voltages.The conparasion analysis of calcuated values and experimental values shows that the empiric formula is simple and reliable. The tube voltage calculation equation and related datum,which are suitable for several commonly used X- ray flaw detectors and photographic films at home,are persented in this paper.
