Abstract:The characteristics of Ni-H cell and the compositions, preparation and processing technique of rare earth hydrogen storage materials applied to Ni-H cell are introduced in this paper. The effect of the additives on the comprehensive properties of the LaNi_5 based alloy electrode and the future application and development of Ni-H cell are also described.

Abstract:The present development of the determination of gases in metals have been reviewed. The applications of reduced fusion, particularly inert-gas fusion methods, the research of determination methods of gases in hyperpure metals, the influence of sample treatment on determination results, etc., are covered and discussed in brief. The standard methods, standard samples and commercial gas-analyzing equipment are also involved.

Abstract:用透射電子顯微術(shù)和X射線能譜術(shù)研究了Ti_3Al-11Nb(Ti-12.5wt%Al-21wt%Nb)合金熱鍛棒材在熱處理過程中的相變特征。結(jié)果表明,合金在1100℃加熱后緩冷到室溫的樣品其組織由α_2+β相組成。與α_2相相比,β相明顯地表現(xiàn)出Al含量低而Nb含量高。1200℃油淬樣品的組織由α_2+B2相組成,二相含量大致相近。1200℃水淬樣品由單一的B2相組成。水淬并經(jīng)750℃時效的樣品中析出兩種形態(tài)的α_2相:首先由晶界析出的較粗的α_2相以及在晶內(nèi)普遍析出的彌散的α_2相。

Abstract:報導(dǎo)了用熔融定向凝固工藝制備的有織構(gòu)YBCO超導(dǎo)體的微結(jié)構(gòu)變化及其特性。將YBCO坯料加熱到1050—1120℃,分解成Y_2BaCuO_5(211)和液相(Ba-Cu-O),然后在50℃/cm的溫度梯度下,慢速移動樣品重新合成YBCO超導(dǎo)體。X光衍射結(jié)果證實,熔融樣品具有較強(qiáng)的c軸織構(gòu)。掃描電鏡觀察表明,熔融后晶粒形貌發(fā)生了顯著變化:YBCO晶粒由原燒結(jié)塊材的隨機(jī)排列變?yōu)橐恢氯∠蚧蚓植咳∠蚺帕械钠瑺罱M織。熔融樣品的J_c(77K,0T,>10000 A/cm~2)值比燒結(jié)塊材J_c(750A/cm~2)

Abstract:用透射電子顯微鏡觀察了TC6鈦合金在高溫退火過程中形成的亞晶(Subgrain)。合金經(jīng)850℃,920℃退火后爐冷和空冷,在初生α相晶粒內(nèi)形成亞晶,多為成簇分布的狹長形狀,亞晶的數(shù)量隨退火后冷卻速度的增加而減少。亞晶界(Subgrain boundary)是由位錯構(gòu)成的,亞晶的形成是多邊化(polygonization)的結(jié)果。

Abstract:The process to manufacture composite material Ag-Cu-C with multimillion-fibrous structure has been investigated by indirect reapated extrusion-drawing method. The results show that, with increasing the number of extrusion, the extrusion coefficient and specific resistance increase, but ultimate tensile strength and elongation at room temperature decrease. A composite wire, which consists of 1067857 homogeneous distributed fibres of Ag, Cu and C, arranged at intervals has been prepared.

Abstract:建立了一套脈沖臨界電流測量裝置,脈沖電流大小在0—500 A之間可調(diào),脈沖電流上升時間在0.2—10 ms之間可調(diào),失超電壓判據(jù)可以達(dá)到微伏量級。對于電接點(diǎn)發(fā)熱不明顯的樣品,用直流法和脈沖法測定的臨界電流可以獲得相同的結(jié)果。用本裝置,在YBCO塊樣品上測到了高的臨界電流密度數(shù)據(jù):77K,1T下J_c>7×10~4A/cm~2,4T下J_c>3.5×10~4A/cm~2。

Abstract:A recoverable method for permeability of the titanium filter blocked by carbon particles is investigated. Two groups of the samples with the average blockage degree of 55% and 95%, respectively, are cleaned by supersonics or immersed in K_2Cr_2O_7 lotion. The recoverable permeability of these filter are determined later. The test demonstrates that the blockage degree, treating process, lotion formulation and the treating time all have impacts on the recoverability of permeability of titanium filter. It is shown that the treatment by supersonics has the best result, and the less the blockage by carbon particles, the easier for the recovery of the permeability of titanium filter.
