Abstract:The definition and the meaning of microstructure and magnetic properties of rare-earth permanent magnet materials are demonstrated. Based on the nucleation behaviour and the propagation behaviour of the reversed domain walls during magnetization reversal, the current status of the interrelatic between microstructure and magnetic properties are briefly reviewed. For a better understanding of (?) interrelation, it is suggested that the numerical simulation method should be applied to study (?) magnetization reversal process.

Abstract:采用TEM、SEM、X射線衍射、顯微硬度測盛等方法,研究了混合稀土對6063合金陽極氧化膜結(jié)構(gòu)和某些性能的影響。實驗結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)合金成分和生產(chǎn)工藝合理、稀土含最適當(dāng)(0.2wt%左右)時,加入混合稀土能使6063合金陽極氧化膜更加致密、光潔,密度增大,顯微硬度值提高。

Abstract:The effect of the rolling technique of Ti/Al clad sheet on the bonding strength of it after rolling and the morphology of the peeled surface is investigated The results show that the deformation extent of Ti is a dominant factor for bonding strength and morphology of the peeled surface. Aluminium temperature in rolling process also has an important impact on bonding. It is found that three bonding mechanisms coexist during the process.

Abstract:報道了采用熔融慢冷工藝制備具有織構(gòu)生長的YBCO體材的方法。較詳細地闡述了粉末燒結(jié)YBCO坯料在1100℃下的熔融分解和隨后通過包晶反應(yīng)溫度及附近溫區(qū)的緩慢冷卻速度對織構(gòu)生長的影響,還報道了采用熔融慢冷工藝制備的YBCO體材的臨界電流密度。結(jié)果表明,熔融慢冷工藝是一種制備具有高J_c值的YBCO體材的有效方法,采用這種工藝方法已獲得臨界電流密度達63405A/cm~2(77K,1T。H∥ab面)的YBCO體材樣品。

Abstract:Through the experiment of preparing stainless steel porous filter by sintering compacted water atomized 0Cr18Ni9 powder in vacuum or pure hydrogen, an empirical formular for the relation between average partical size of the powder and maximum pore size in bubble test is suggested. The effects of different partical size forming pressure and addictives on the porosity, maximum pore size, relative permeability coefficient and tensite strength of the porous stainless steel filter are investegated. The developed filter rings have been put into batch production and obvious economical benefits have been achieved.

Abstract:本試驗研究了鎢與硫氰酸鹽生成有色配合物的條件,制訂了測定鋯及鋯合金中雜質(zhì)鎢的方法。在H_2SO_4-HCl介質(zhì)中用氯化亞錫加熱處理還原鎢到五價,加入KCNS顯色,在400nm波長處測量吸光度以測定鎢。本方法適用于鋯及其合金中0.002%以上鎢的測定。其加料回收率在95%—105%。樣品測定結(jié)果重現(xiàn)性好,變異系數(shù)不大于4%。
