2O3涂層摩擦磨損、耐腐蝕、抗熱震、阻氚性能的影響進行了研究。結果表明:溫度、加速電壓及離子注入劑量對α-Al2O3的含量均有影響。溫度升高時, α-Al2O3的含量增加。增大加速電壓及離子注入劑量時,α-Al2O3含量均出現(xiàn)先升高后降低的規(guī)律。離子注入劑量對涂層的摩擦磨損、耐腐蝕性能影響比較大:離子注入劑量越大,涂層的耐磨、耐腐蝕性能越好。涂層經(jīng)過200次熱震測試后未發(fā)生變化,抗熱震性能較好。Al2O3膜層具有優(yōu)異的阻氚性能,在600 ℃下能使316L不銹鋼的氚滲透率降低3個數(shù)量級。;The alumina coatings as a tritium-resistance coating were deposited on 316L stainless steel by ion implantation. The effects of different parameters of ion implantation process on the wear resistance, corrosion resistance, thermal shock resistance, and tritium permeation resistance of α-Al2O3 were investigated. Results show that the content of α-Al2O3 is affected by temperature, acceleration voltage, and ion implantation dose. With increasing the temperature, the content of α-Al2O3 is increased. With increasing the acceleration voltage or ion implantation dose, the content of α-Al2O3 is firstly increased and then decreased. The wear resistance and corrosion resistance are mainly affected by the ion implantation dose: with increasing the ion implantation dose, the wear and corrosion resistance becomes better. The Al2O3 coatings hardly changes after 200 times of thermal shock tests, indicating a good thermal shock resistance. The tritium permeability of the coated specimen is reduced by 3 orders of magnitude, compared with that of the 316L stainless steel bulk."/>
