    以銀納米線(AgNW)為導(dǎo)電材料,添加羥丙基甲基纖維素(HPMC)和氟碳表面活性劑FSO-100制備了水基導(dǎo)電墨水,使用邁耶棒在聚對(duì)苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)膜表面刮涂制備了柔性透明導(dǎo)電薄膜,研究了AgNW、HPMC和FSO-100等組分的添加量對(duì)透明導(dǎo)電薄膜光電性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,表面活性劑FSO-100可以明顯提高導(dǎo)電墨水對(duì)PET襯底的潤(rùn)濕性,但過量后會(huì)使方塊電阻上升;HPMC的加入可以消除AgNW的團(tuán)聚,但過多的HPMC會(huì)提高薄膜的方塊電阻;AgNW含量增加后,薄膜的方塊電阻和透過率均隨之下降,在AgNW濃度2.6 mg/mL時(shí),透明導(dǎo)電薄膜的方塊電阻為12 Ω/sq和550 nm透過率為94.02%的透明導(dǎo)電薄膜,品質(zhì)因子可達(dá)448.63,薄膜的粗糙度均方根為7.28 nm,并可在1000次彎折后保持光電性能不變,在可穿戴器件、柔性有機(jī)發(fā)光二極管等領(lǐng)域有很大的應(yīng)用前景。

    Abstract:

    A water based conductive ink was fabricated with HPMC as binder, FSO-100 as surfactant and silver nanowire (AgNW) as conductor and the transparent conductive film was fabricated on PET substrates by Mayer rod coating process. The effects of the concentration of HPMC, FSO-100 and AgNW on the opto-electrical properties of transparent conductive film were investigated. The results show that the addition of FSO-100 can significantly enhance the wettability between conductive ink and PET substrate, but excess FSO-100 results in the increase of sheet resistance. The introduction of HPMC reduces the aggregation of AgNWs and high concentration of HPMC decreases the conductivity. The high concentration of AgNWs decreases the sheet resistance and transmittance. With 2.6 mg/mL AgNW, the transparent conductive film researches a sheet resistance of 12 Ω/sq and transmittance of 94.02% at 550 nm, showing a figure of merit of (FOM) of 448.63, and a root-mean-square surface roughness of 7.28 nm, and the opto-electrical properties maintain after 1000 times of bending, providing great potential for the application in wearable devices and flexible organic light-emitting diodes.
