    摘要:

    本文以龍泉青瓷弟窯胎體材料為基礎(chǔ),通過引入硅溶膠對其增強(qiáng),研究了硅溶膠的加入量對龍泉青瓷弟窯胎體材料的微結(jié)構(gòu)和力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:硅溶膠均勻分散在原料顆粒表面,在燒制過程中生成高活性超細(xì)二氧化硅通過與胎體中的氧化鋁反應(yīng)生成了更多小尺寸莫來石相實(shí)現(xiàn)對胎體的增強(qiáng),隨著硅溶膠加入量的增加,抗彎強(qiáng)度與燒結(jié)收縮率經(jīng)歷了先上升后下降的過程,當(dāng)在加入2%的硅溶膠時(shí),樣品抗彎強(qiáng)度、收縮率最大。

    Abstract:

    Diyao Longquan celadon body was enhanced by introducing silica sol. Influence of silica sol addition on microstructure and mechanical properties was investigated. The results show that, the silica sol uniformly distributes on the surface of the raw material particles,generates high activity ultrafine silica during fire process, which reacts with alumina and formats Mullite to achieve body enhancement. With the increase of the amount of silica sol, bending strength and sintering shrinkage increased firstly and then decreased. When the silica sol addition is 2%, Diyao Longquan celadon body sample achieves maximum bending strength and shrinkage .
