    摘要:

    為了提高量子點敏化太陽能電池中量子點的光電化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性,本文以巰基丙酸為穩(wěn)定劑,水相合成 CdXZn1-XTe量子點,再包覆CdS制備核殼量子點 CdXZn1-XTe/CdS。我們采用X射線衍射與X射線光電子能譜研究了樣品的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)和化學(xué)成分,并對樣品的光學(xué)吸收、穩(wěn)態(tài)熒光與熒光衰減行為進行了研究,結(jié)果表明三元量子點 CdXZn1-XTe的能級結(jié)構(gòu)同時具有尺寸可調(diào)性和組分可調(diào)性,易于與CdS形成核殼Ⅱ型結(jié)構(gòu)量子點,從而有效地提高了量子點的熒光壽命。 CdXZn1-XTe量子點與 CdXZn1-XTe/CdS量子點的熒光衰減曲線為多指數(shù)衰減形式,平均激子壽命分別為24.07 ns,39.80 ns。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the chemical stability of quantum dots in application for quantum dot sensitized solar cells, we prepared CdXZn1-XTe/CdS core/shell quantum dots with type-II structure by an aqueous phase process using 3-mercaptopropionic acid as a stabilizing agent. We investigated the composition of Zn and Cd in CdXZn1-XTe quantum dots by using X-ray photoelectron spectrometer. The X-ray diffraction patterns confirmed the cubic zinc blende structure of CdXZn1-XTe quantum dots. In addition, we investigated the optical absorption, fluorescence emission and emission decay of samples, indicating that the energy level of ternary quantum dots can be controlled by both size and composition. Therefore, quantum dots with type-II structure can be prepared easily, which is benefitial to the improvement of fluorescence lifetime. We find that there are two decay processes in the emission decay kinetics of CdXZn1-XTe and core/shell CdXZn1-XTe-CdS quantum dots. The average lifetime of the photoexcited carriers is 24.07 and 39.80 ns, respectively.
