    柱塞抽油泵柱塞(45鋼)長期工作在高摩擦、高腐蝕環(huán)境下,需要提高其工作表面的耐磨性及耐蝕性以提高其工作效率、延長使用壽命。采用激光熔覆技術(shù)在45鋼表面熔覆Ni60-TiC混合粉末制備金屬陶瓷涂層,熔覆不同TiC含量(0%、10%、20%、30%)的涂層進行硬度測試、摩擦磨損實驗及耐腐蝕實驗,同時對涂層微觀形貌進行表征、顯微硬度檢測。結(jié)果表明:涂層中加入TiC能有效改善涂層的耐磨耐蝕性能,提高涂層的硬度,降低摩擦系數(shù)。綜合考慮柱塞抽油泵柱塞實際工作環(huán)境,涂層中TiC含量為20%-30%時涂層的耐磨性耐腐蝕性最好。

    Abstract:

    The plunger pump plunger (45 steel) works in high friction and high corrosion environment for a long time, and needs to improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of its working surface to improve its working efficiency and prolong its service life. The cermet coating was prepared by cladding the Ni60-TiC mixed powder on the surface of 45 steel by laser cladding technology, and the coatings with different TiC contents (0%, 10%, 20%, 30%) were tested for hardness test and friction and wear test. Corrosion resistance test, at the same time, the surface morphology of the coating was characterized and the microhardness was tested. The results show that the addition of TiC to the coating can effectively improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating, improve the hardness of the coating and reduce the friction coefficient. Considering the actual working environment of the plunger pump plunger, the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating are best when the TiC content in the coating is 20%-30%.
