2.1Sr1.96Ca1-xNaxCu2.0O8+d超導(dǎo)材料。Bi-2212前驅(qū)體粉末采用改進(jìn)的共沉淀工藝制備,并在燒結(jié)前將前驅(qū)體粉末與NaOH混合。本文系統(tǒng)研究了Na離子摻雜對Bi-2212體系晶格結(jié)構(gòu)、相組成、微結(jié)構(gòu)和相關(guān)超導(dǎo)性能的影響。Na離子摻雜導(dǎo)致Bi-2212體系相轉(zhuǎn)變溫度的顯著降低。因此在SPS過程中,燒結(jié)溫度相應(yīng)發(fā)生了變化。但Na摻雜仍然導(dǎo)致大量Bi2Sr2CuO6 (Bi-2201)相生成,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致了超導(dǎo)相含量的降低和織構(gòu)度的破壞,所以給體系的超導(dǎo)電性帶來了負(fù)面的影響。另一方面,Na摻雜相Bi-2212中摻入了大量的點(diǎn)缺陷,這些點(diǎn)缺陷可以作為有效釘扎中心。因此,通過優(yōu)化Na摻雜Bi-2212的燒結(jié)工藝,有可能在高場條件下獲得體系性能的改善。"/>
