    本文研究了時(shí)效時(shí)間對(duì)熱處理后的2024-O鋁合金試件的拉伸性能及斷口影響。采用室溫拉伸方法,研究了2024-O態(tài)鋁合金經(jīng)過(guò)熱處理后不同時(shí)效時(shí)間試件的應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線、屈服強(qiáng)度、抗拉強(qiáng)度,建立了能夠預(yù)測(cè)應(yīng)力的本構(gòu)方程,并且通過(guò)觀察斷口,分析了不同時(shí)效時(shí)間對(duì)材料組織的影響。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:隨著時(shí)效時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),試件逐漸強(qiáng)化,到某一時(shí)刻達(dá)到峰值,屈服強(qiáng)度、抗拉強(qiáng)度下降;應(yīng)用SEM掃面電鏡觀察到斷口處有大量韌窩,為韌性斷裂,而且隨著自然時(shí)效時(shí)間增長(zhǎng),試件斷口的韌窩越來(lái)越少,塑性越來(lái)越差;建立了2024鋁合金在自然時(shí)效下強(qiáng)化的本構(gòu)方程,該模型能夠較好地預(yù)測(cè)材料在自然時(shí)效下的應(yīng)力。

    Abstract:

    The effect of natural aging time on tensile properties and fracture of the heat-treated AA2024-O Al-alloy was investigated. The stress-strain curves, the yield strength and the tensile strength of the specimens with different natural aging time were obtained by carrying out tensile test at room temperature. The constitutive equation that could predict the stress was established. The effect of natural aging time on the material microstructure was analyzed by observing the fracture. The results of the experiment demonstrated that the specimens were gradually strengthened to a certain point, and then the yield stress and the ultimate tensile strength decreased until the material reached a stable state. There were many dimples distributed on the fracture surface that was observed by SEM, so the fracture surfaces were thought to be a ductile fracture. Despite natural aging during long periods, the specimens of dimples became fewer and the plasticity worsened. A series of phenomenological functions were presented for establishing the constitutive equation of AA2024-O Al-alloy strengthened. The model could predict the stress of the naturally aged material.
