    采用電子背散射衍射法研究了模鍛對亞穩(wěn)態(tài)β鈦合金Ti55511顯微組織演變和變形行為的影響。在模鍛之前,對Ti55511合金進行了多道次鍛造,以優(yōu)化鈦合金織構(gòu)導(dǎo)致的力學(xué)行為各向異性。結(jié)果表明,模鍛后,Ti55511部件局部區(qū)域表現(xiàn)出不同的顯微組織和織構(gòu)。在所有變形區(qū)域都沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)<100>纖維織構(gòu)。動態(tài)回復(fù)再結(jié)晶發(fā)生在模鍛早期承受大應(yīng)變的區(qū)域,大多數(shù)局部區(qū)域形成了網(wǎng)籃組織。

    Abstract:

    The effect of die forging on the microstructure evolution and deformation behavior of metastable β-titanium alloy Ti55511 was investigated by electron backscatter diffraction. Before die forging, the alloy Ti55511 was subjected to multi-pass forging to optimize the microstructural heterogeneity (texture) which can cause mechanical behavior anisotropy of titanium alloys. Results show that after die forging, Ti55511 components exhibit different microstructures and textures in different local areas. No <100> fiber texture is found in all areas with different degrees of deformation. Dynamic recrystallization occurs in the area where large strain occurs during the early stage of die forging. Basket-weave microstructure forms in most local areas.
