    建立了基于影響函數(shù)法的數(shù)學(xué)模型,利用仿真和實驗方法研究了角軋制過程中板塊的平面板形演化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,隨著第1道旋轉(zhuǎn)角度的增加,板材角部與其他部位的伸長率差異增大,這是長寬夾角隨第1道旋轉(zhuǎn)角度增大而呈下降趨勢的主要原因。隨著第2道旋轉(zhuǎn)角度的增加,長寬角呈上升趨勢,這是由于板材角部(鈍角)與他部位的伸長率差異隨著第2道旋轉(zhuǎn)角度的增加而增大。εw(寬度方向上的變形)隨著第1道或第2道旋轉(zhuǎn)角度的增加而增大,這是寬展隨第1道或第2道旋轉(zhuǎn)角度增大的主要原因??紤]到2次軋制的壓下量相同,當(dāng)?shù)?道的旋轉(zhuǎn)角度是第1道旋轉(zhuǎn)角度的2倍時,板材幾乎可以恢復(fù)到矩形。預(yù)測的長寬夾角和寬展值與實驗值吻合較好,表明所建立的基于影響函數(shù)法的計算模型能夠準(zhǔn)確估計長寬夾角和寬展。

    Abstract:

    A mathematic model based on influence function method was established and the plan view pattern evolution rules of plates during angular rolling were studied by simulation and experimental methods. Results show that the difference in the elongation between the area near the angular point and other parts of the plate increases with the increase in the rotation angle of the first pass, which is the main reason why the length-width angle shows a downward trend with the increase in the rotation angle of the first pass. The length-width angle shows an upward trend with the increase in the rotation angle of the second pass, which can be attributed to the fact that the difference in the elongation between the area near the angular point (obtuse angle) and other parts of the plate increases with the increase in the rotation angle of the second pass. εw (the deformation in the width direction) increases with the increase in the rotation angle of the first or second pass, which is the primary reason why the width spread increases with the increase in the rotation angle of the first or second pass. Considering the same absolute reduction amount of the two passes, when the rotation angle of the second pass is two times the rotation angle of the first pass, the plates can return to almost rectangular. The predicted length-width angle and width spread values are in good agreement with the experimental ones, indicating that the established computational model based on influence function method can accurately estimate the length-width angle and width spread.
