    摘要:

    利用激光測(cè)長(zhǎng)儀、拉曼光譜儀、納米壓痕儀、背散射衍射電鏡以及透射電鏡分析不同處理狀態(tài)等靜壓鈹材的尺寸變化、殘余應(yīng)力、晶粒取向差、位錯(cuò)密度及位錯(cuò)分布形態(tài),分析冷熱循環(huán)處理對(duì)鈹材尺寸穩(wěn)定性的影響。結(jié)果表明,熱等靜壓鈹材在-100~150 ℃冷熱循環(huán)6次后尺寸趨于穩(wěn)定,具有良好的尺寸穩(wěn)定性。冷熱循環(huán)處理過(guò)程中鈹材尺寸穩(wěn)定化機(jī)制主要是晶粒內(nèi)位錯(cuò)均勻化及微塑性變形導(dǎo)致取向差均勻化。

    Abstract:

    The dimensional change, residual stress, grain orientation difference, dislocation density, and dislocation distribution of beryllium after different hot isostatic pressing treatments were analyzed by laser length meter, Raman spectrometer, nanoindentation meter, electron backscattered diffractometer, and transmission electron microscope, and the influence of thermal-cold cycling treatment on the dimensional stability of beryllium was analyzed. Results show that the size of the hot isostatic pressed beryllium tends to be stable after 6 cycles of thermal-cold cycling treatment from -100 °C to 150 °C, and it has good dimensional stability. The dimensional stabilization mechanism of beryllium is mainly the homogenization of dislocations within the grain and the homogenization of orientation difference caused by micro-plastic deformation.
