    核級鋯合金作為水冷核反應(yīng)堆的核心結(jié)構(gòu)材料,多采用熱擠壓工藝加工。然而,在高溫、高壓等惡劣的熱擠壓環(huán)境下,潤滑層極易失效,導(dǎo)致成品件出現(xiàn)缺陷甚至報(bào)廢。作為擠壓過程中至關(guān)重要的一環(huán),關(guān)于潤滑對鋯合金擠壓件內(nèi)部組織和性能的影響,目前尚沒有過系統(tǒng)的報(bào)道。本研究對涂覆二硫化鉬潤滑劑的Zr-4合金在620 ℃、680 ℃和740 ℃下進(jìn)行熱擠壓,并使用電子背散射衍射技術(shù)對擠壓件縱向截面進(jìn)行顯微組織表征。分析發(fā)現(xiàn)涂層在680 ℃下具有最佳的潤滑效果,能夠促進(jìn)鋯合金內(nèi)部柱面滑移和錐面滑移的開動,內(nèi)部晶粒變形均勻,呈現(xiàn)出顯著的<01-10>//ED擠壓絲織構(gòu)。研究結(jié)果對改進(jìn)鋯合金擠壓潤滑工藝、優(yōu)化擠壓件的組織和性能有一定指導(dǎo)作用。

    Abstract:

    As the core structural material of water-cooled nuclear reactors, nuclear grade zirconium alloys are mostly processed by hot extrusion process. However, in the harsh hot extrusion environment such as high temperature and high pressure, the lubricating layer is very easy to fail, resulting in defects or even scrapping of finished parts. As a crucial part of the extrusion process, the effect of lubrication on the internal structure and properties of zirconium alloy extrusions has not been systematically reported. In this study, Zr-4 alloy coated with molybdenum disulfide lubricant was hot extruded at 620 ℃, 680 ℃ and 740 ℃, and the microstructure of the longitudinal section of the extrusion was characterized by electron backscatter diffraction technique. The analysis shows that the coating has the best lubricating effect at 680 ℃, which can promote the starting of the internal cylindrical slip and cone slip of the zirconium alloy, and the internal grain deformation is uniform, showing a significant <01-10>//ED extruded silk texture. The research results have a certain guiding role in improving the extrusion lubrication process of zirconium alloy and optimizing the structure and performance of extrusion parts.
