    摘要:

    本研究通過(guò)脈沖等離子體增強(qiáng)化學(xué)氣相沉積技術(shù),在鎂鋁合金振膜上沉積類(lèi)金剛石(Diamond-like carbon, DLC)薄膜。利用SEM、RAMAN和AFM表征了不同沉積工藝的DLC薄膜的形態(tài)和組成結(jié)構(gòu),測(cè)試了含DLC膜層的鎂鋁合金復(fù)合振膜的力學(xué)性能,相比鎂鋁合金振膜基底,DLC薄膜使得復(fù)合振膜在表面粗糙度、硬度和彈性模量方面有較多改善。通過(guò)研究含DLC薄膜的鎂鋁合金復(fù)合振膜的頻率響應(yīng)曲線和諧波失真等聲學(xué)性能,復(fù)合振膜提升了頻響上限,賦予了揚(yáng)聲器高保真性。采用含DLC膜層的鎂鋁合金復(fù)合振膜制成的音響設(shè)備,具有良好的音色自然度、聲場(chǎng)表現(xiàn)度、人聲表現(xiàn)度和整體評(píng)價(jià)度,能夠有效提高人類(lèi)主觀聽(tīng)音效果。

    Abstract:

    In this study, the diamond-like carbon (DLC) coating was deposited on magnalium diaphragm by pulsed plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition technology. The morphology and composition of the DLC coating deposited by different processes were characterized by SEM, RAMAN and AFM, and the mechanical properties of magnalium diaphragm with DLC coating were studied. Compared with magnalium diaphragm, the DLC coating improved the surface roughness, hardness and elasticity modulus. The frequency response curve and harmonic distortion showed that the DLC coating increased the upper limit of frequency response and imparts high fidelity to the loudspeaker. Audio equipment fabricated with magnalium diaphragm with DLC coating had good timbre naturalness, sound field expression, vocal performance and overall evaluation, which can effectively improve the human subjective listening effect.
