    摘要:

    難熔金屬型含能結(jié)構(gòu)材料(ESMs)具有良好的力學(xué)性能和優(yōu)異的沖擊釋能特性,但由于組元熔點(diǎn)高,利用傳統(tǒng)的熔煉鑄造法難以制備出大尺寸無缺陷鑄件。本文利用等離子旋轉(zhuǎn)電極霧化制粉技術(shù)制備出Ti-Zr-Ta難熔合金粉末,結(jié)合激光金屬沉積(LMD)技術(shù)制備了Ti-Zr-Ta難熔金屬型ESMs,并對(duì)其組織結(jié)構(gòu)、力學(xué)性能和沖擊釋能特性進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明,利用LMD技術(shù)可實(shí)現(xiàn)Ti-Zr-Ta難熔金屬型ESMs的致密化成型,合金致密度達(dá)到98.75 %,具有良好的力學(xué)性能,其準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)抗拉強(qiáng)度達(dá)到1202 MPa。彈道槍實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,在1202 m/s的沖擊速度下,激光金屬沉積Ti-Zr-Ta合金在27 L密閉靶箱內(nèi)可產(chǎn)生0.144 MPa的準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)壓力,釋能特性優(yōu)良。

    Abstract:

    Refractory metal energetic structural materials (ESMs) have good mechanical properties and excellent impact initiated energy release characteristics. However, due to the high melting point of refractory elements, it is difficult to fabricate large size defect-free castings by traditional methods of melting and casting. In this paper, Ti-Zr-Ta refractory alloy powders were prepared by plasma rotating electrode processing technology, and Ti-Zr-Ta refractory metal ESMs was prepared by laser metal deposition (LMD) technology. The microstructure, mechanical properties and impact initiated energy release characteristics of Ti-Zr-Ta refractory metal ESMs were studied. The results show that the densification of Ti-Zr-Ta refractory metal ESMs can be achieved by LMD technology and the density of alloy reaches 98.75 %. The alloy has good mechanical property, the quasi-static tensile stress reaches 1202 MPa. Ballistic gun experiments imply that Ti-Zr-Ta alloy prepared by laser metal deposition can generate quasi-static pressure of 0.144 MPa in 27 L airtight target chamber at the impact velocity of 1202 m/s, which reveals excellent energy release characteristics.
