    摘要:

    針對(duì)鈦合金材料熱軋溫度范圍窄、溫降快、變形抗力大等特點(diǎn),本文將鈦合金與無(wú)縫管斜連軋新工藝有機(jī)結(jié)合并開(kāi)展系統(tǒng)研究;根據(jù)斜連軋工藝結(jié)構(gòu)與特點(diǎn),分別構(gòu)建連軋過(guò)程速度模型、軋制力模型與張力模型;通過(guò)有限元數(shù)值模擬研究鈦合金斜連軋過(guò)程金屬變形機(jī)理、分析金屬流動(dòng)規(guī)律,獲得其應(yīng)力應(yīng)變場(chǎng)、溫度場(chǎng)、速度場(chǎng)分布規(guī)律,基于有限元模擬進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明:初軋溫度1050℃、合理匹配穿孔段與軋管段參數(shù)的情況下,可成功制備鈦合金無(wú)縫管,且尺寸精度高、無(wú)明顯表面缺陷。理論及實(shí)驗(yàn)分析證明斜連軋新工藝完全適用于鈦合金無(wú)縫管材制備,同時(shí)縮短生產(chǎn)流程,提高生產(chǎn)效率。

    Abstract:

    In view of the characteristics of narrow hot rolling temperature range, rapid temperature drop and large deformation resistance of titanium alloy , titanium alloy and the new technology of seamlessStube Tandem Skew Rolling was combined and systematic research was carriedSout in this paper. According to the process structure and characteristics, the speed model, tension model and rolling force model of TSR were described,the deformation mechanism and the metal flow law of titanium alloy in TSR process was studied by finite element numerical simulation,the distribution of stress and strain field, temperature field and velocity field were obtained, and the field test was conducted based on finite element simulation. The results show that when the temperature is 1050℃ and the parameters of the piercing section and rolling section are matched reasonably, the seamless titanium alloy tube can be successfully obtained with high dimensional accuracy and no obvious surface defects. The theory and experimental analysis show that the TSR process is completely suitable for the preparation of seamless titanium alloy tube, and the production process is shortened and the production efficiency is improved.
