    摘要:

    電子束選區(qū)熔化成型件經(jīng)歷了復(fù)雜熱歷史,從而產(chǎn)生多尺度微觀結(jié)構(gòu),熱歷史數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)于分析微觀組織形成有重大作用。復(fù)雜的微熔池冶金行為導(dǎo)致溫度-時(shí)間-空間數(shù)據(jù)難以通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)手段獲得,數(shù)值模擬技術(shù)作為一種新的技術(shù)手段,為解決該問(wèn)題提供了新思路。本文從溫度場(chǎng)數(shù)學(xué)理論基礎(chǔ)、仿真流程、熱-力耦合模擬、熔池?zé)崃W(xué)模擬、及熱缺陷機(jī)制幾個(gè)方面綜述了電子束選區(qū)熔化熱行為數(shù)值模擬的研究現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)電子束選區(qū)熔化熱行為數(shù)值模擬存在的挑戰(zhàn)和未來(lái)前景展開(kāi)了論述。

    Abstract:

    Electron beam selective melting parts experienced complex thermal history, resulting in multi-scale microstructure. Thermal history data play an important role in analyzing microstructure formation. The complex metallurgical behavior of micro-melting pool makes it difficult to obtain the temperature-time-spatial data by experimental means. As a new technical means, numerical simulation technology provides a new idea for solving this problem. In this paper, the research status of numerical simulation of electron beam selective melting thermal behavior is reviewed from the aspects of mathematical theory of temperature field, simulation process, thermal-mechanical coupling simulation, thermodynamic simulation of molten pool and thermal defect mechanism. The challenges and future prospects of numerical simulation of electron beam selective melting thermal behavior are discussed.
