    摘要:

    激光重熔使得材料表面的固化層再次快速熔化、凝固,從而提高了材料的致密度和表面質(zhì)量。作為一種表面改性技術(shù),激光重熔已經(jīng)在傳統(tǒng)制造工藝中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。近期研究表明,激光重熔技術(shù)也可以應(yīng)用到選區(qū)激光熔化(SLM)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)消除缺陷并優(yōu)化組織結(jié)構(gòu)。激光重熔技術(shù)還可以提高零件的硬度和延展性等力學(xué)性能。本文主要總結(jié)了激光重熔對(duì)于常見SLM成形金屬材料的質(zhì)量提升作用,以及激光重熔工藝手段以及重熔參數(shù)(包括重熔激光功率、重熔掃描速度、重熔掃描間距和重熔次數(shù))對(duì)于缺陷消除、組織結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的作用規(guī)律。

    Abstract:

    Laser remelting enables the solidified layers to melt and solidify rapidly again, thus could improve the relative density and surface quality. It is a type of surface modification technologies, and has been widely used in traditional manufacturing processes. Recent researches showed that laser remelting could be used to refine the microstructure, reduce the porosity and improve surface quality of SLM processed metals and alloys. Laser remelting technology can also improve the mechanical properties such as hardness and ductility. This paper made a thorough literature survey and summarized how laser remelting could affect the porosities, microstructures, surface qualities and residual stress of SLM processed metals and alloys. Furthermore, the working parameters of laser remelting and their influences on the porosities, microstructures, surface qualities and residual stress are introduced.
