    摘要:

    通過(guò)EBSD研究了Cu-1.6Ni-1.2Co-0.65Si合金板材在生產(chǎn)制備過(guò)程中織構(gòu)的演變。結(jié)果表明:該合金固溶態(tài)試樣的織構(gòu)成分主要是α纖維織構(gòu)的Brass織構(gòu),Goss織構(gòu),S織構(gòu)及少量Copper織構(gòu)。固溶后直接時(shí)效處理不改變?cè)嚇拥目棙?gòu)種類,但會(huì)顯著降低Brass織構(gòu)的強(qiáng)度,略微增強(qiáng)Copper織構(gòu)的強(qiáng)度。冷軋變形態(tài)試樣隨著冷軋變形量的增加,Brass織構(gòu)會(huì)逐漸取代其他原始類型織構(gòu),整體織構(gòu)極密度增大,該合金加工硬化對(duì)于硬度的提升與Brass織構(gòu)極密度的增加成正相關(guān)。500℃時(shí)效初期織構(gòu)種類保持不變,織構(gòu)整體極密度略微增大,隨著時(shí)效時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),整體織構(gòu)的極密度逐漸下降,織構(gòu)種類趨于分散。時(shí)效過(guò)程中織構(gòu)極密度先增大后減小的趨勢(shì)與硬度的變化規(guī)律相同;隨著時(shí)效溫度的增加,冷軋?jiān)嚇影l(fā)生再結(jié)晶以及晶粒長(zhǎng)大,Brass織構(gòu)趨于分散,強(qiáng)度逐漸減弱,再結(jié)晶織構(gòu)形成并逐漸集中,極密度強(qiáng)度逐漸增大。

    Abstract:

    The texture evolution of Cu-1.6Ni-1.2Co-0.65Si alloy sheet during the production process was studied by EBSD. The results show that the texture composition of the solid solution sample of the alloy is mainly the Brass texture of the α fiber texture, the Goss texture, the S texture and a small amount of Copper texture; the direct aging treatment after solution does not change the sample The type of texture, but it will significantly reduce the strength of the Brass texture and slightly increase the strength of the Copper texture. As the cold-rolled deformed sample increases, the Brass texture will gradually replace other original textures. The texture pole density increases, and the increase in hardness of the alloy by work hardening is positively correlated with the increase in texture pole density. The texture type remains unchanged at the initial stage of aging at 500°C, and the overall texture pole density increases slightly as the aging time increases. Extending, the extreme density of the overall texture gradually decreases, and the texture types tend to be dispersed. During the aging process, the texture density first increases and then decreases, the same as the hardness change rule;With the increase of the aging temperature, the cold-rolled samples recrystallized and the grains grew, the Brass texture tended to disperse, the strength gradually weakened, the recrystallized texture formed and gradually concentrated, and the extreme density strength gradually increased.
