    本文采用鎢極氬弧焊(TIG)對(duì)Ti-6Al-4V/TiAl3疊層復(fù)合材料進(jìn)行平板對(duì)接焊,研究了不同焊接參數(shù)對(duì)接頭組織和力學(xué)性能的影響。經(jīng)熱軋?zhí)幚淼腡i-6Al-4V /TiAl3疊層復(fù)合材料,可通過(guò)TIG焊實(shí)現(xiàn)可靠連接,避免接頭脆化現(xiàn)象發(fā)生。板材底部的金屬間化合物在焊接過(guò)程中受熱輻射影響發(fā)生熔化,液態(tài)TiAl3和Ti反應(yīng)生成Ti3Al、TiAl等,使金屬間化合物周圍產(chǎn)生Ti原子貧化區(qū),加速了Ti原子的擴(kuò)散遷移,導(dǎo)致接頭側(cè)面形貌分為兩部分:上部為熔化再凝固的焊縫區(qū),底部為由熱輻射引起擴(kuò)散連接。整體接頭無(wú)明顯缺陷,焊縫區(qū)為α相和針狀馬氏體組成的網(wǎng)狀組織,焊接接頭抗拉強(qiáng)度為343MPa,約為母材的90%,斷口呈韌脆混合型斷裂。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, Ti-6Al-4V/TiAl3 laminated composites were butt welded by tungsten argon arc welding (TIG). The effects of different welding parameters on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the joint were investigated. The hot rolled Ti-6Al-4V /TiAl3 laminated composites can be reliably connected by TIG welding to avoid the phenomenon of joint embrittlement. The intermetallic compound at the bottom of the plate melts under the influence of heat radiation in the welding process, and the reaction between liquid TiAl3 and Ti generates Ti3Al, TiAl and so on, which causes the depletion zone of Ti atoms around the intermetallic compound and accelerates the diffusion migration of Ti atoms, resulting in the joint profile divided into two parts: The upper part is the weld zone of melting and solidification, and the bottom is the diffusion connection caused by thermal radiation. The overall joint has no obvious defects, and the weld zone is a network of α phase and acicular martensite. The tensile strength of the welded joint is 343MPa, about 90% of the base metal, and the fracture is ductile brittle mixed fracture.
