    摘要:

    鎂合金和鋁合金(Mg合金和Al合金)都具有很多優(yōu)良的特性,在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)中占有越來(lái)越重要的地位,實(shí)現(xiàn)Mg/Al異種金屬的可靠焊接對(duì)于輕量化的發(fā)展具有重要意義。然而,在Mg/Al異種金屬焊接過(guò)程中存在一些亟待解決的問(wèn)題,例如Mg合金和Al合金易氧化、易形成氣孔和連續(xù)分布的金屬間化合物(IMCs)等嚴(yán)重影響接頭性能。本文分析了Mg/Al異種金屬的焊接性,回顧了Mg/Al異種金屬焊接技術(shù)的研究進(jìn)展,闡述了Mg-Al IMCs的改善和消除,并對(duì)Mg/Al異種金屬焊接提出了展望。

    Abstract:

    Magnesium alloy and aluminum alloy (Mg alloy and Al alloy) have excellent properties and play an increasingly important role in modern industry. It is of great significance to realize the reliable welding of Mg/Al dissimilar metals for the development of lightweight. However, there are some urgent problems to be solved in the welding of Mg/Al dissimilar metals, such as the easy oxidation of Mg alloy and Al alloy, the formation of pores and the continuous distribution of intermetallic compounds (IMCs), which significantly affect the joint performance. This paper analyzed the weldability of Mg/Al dissimilar metals, reviewed the research progress of Mg/Al dissimilar metal welding, expounded the improvement and elimination of Mg-Al IMCs, and put forward the prospect of Mg/Al dissimilar metal welding.
