    通過(guò)熱壓縮實(shí)驗(yàn),研究了Incoloy825合金在變形量為60%,溫度為950~1150℃和應(yīng)變速率0.001~1s-1范圍內(nèi)熱變形行為?;贏rrhenius方程和Zener-Hollomon參數(shù)模型,建立該合金的本構(gòu)方程模型。采用金相顯微鏡(OM)和電子背散射衍射(EBSD)技術(shù)研究了合金的組織演變規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,隨著變形溫度的升高或應(yīng)變速率的降低,DRX的百分含量增加。熱變形過(guò)程中DRX既包括晶界弓起形核機(jī)制的不連續(xù)動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶(DDRX)也包括漸進(jìn)式亞晶旋轉(zhuǎn)形核機(jī)制的連續(xù)動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶(CDRX)。隨著變形溫度的升高或應(yīng)變速率的降低DDRX增強(qiáng)而CDRX減弱。此外隨著溫度的升高或應(yīng)變速率的降低,低角度晶界逐漸向高角度晶界轉(zhuǎn)化。同時(shí)隨機(jī)分布的Σ3孿晶界趨于均勻化,且對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶起促進(jìn)作用。

    Abstract:

    The hot deformation behavior of Incoloy 825 alloy under 60% deformation,950 ~ 1150 ℃ temperature and 0.001 ~ 1s-1 strain rate was studied by hot compression test. Based on Arrhenius equation and Zener Hollomen parameter model, the constitutive equation model of the alloy was established. The microstructure evolution of the alloy was studied by means of metallographic microscope (OM) and electron backscattering diffraction (EBSD). The results show that the percentage of DRX increases with the increase of deformation temperature or the decrease of strain rate. DRX includes both discontinuous dynamic recrystallization (DDRX) and continuous dynamic recrystallization (CDRX) during hot deformation. With the increase of deformation temperature or the decrease of strain rate DDRX increases and CDRX decreases. In addition, with the increase of temperature or the decrease of strain rate, the low angle grain boundary gradually transforms to the high angle grain boundary. Simultaneous random distribution Σ3 twin boundaries tend to homogenize, It also promotes the dynamic recrystallization.
