    摘要:

    本文通過(guò)顯微組織分析、數(shù)字圖像相關(guān)技術(shù)(DIC)試驗(yàn)以及硬度測(cè)試,系統(tǒng)研究了15CrMoR母材與鎳基焊材焊接接頭各區(qū)域的局部力學(xué)性能。基于DIC方法獲取了鎳基焊材焊接接頭拉伸過(guò)程的全場(chǎng)應(yīng)變?cè)萍y發(fā)現(xiàn):焊縫區(qū)域應(yīng)變較小且不均勻,母材區(qū)域應(yīng)變量大,熱影響區(qū)均勻過(guò)渡。在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了焊接接頭不同區(qū)域的局部應(yīng)力應(yīng)變曲線,并揭示了焊接接頭局部力學(xué)性能參數(shù)的分布規(guī)律。由焊接接頭顯微組織的分析可知,局部力學(xué)性能參數(shù)的分布與顯微組織的分布存在密切聯(lián)系。最后,結(jié)合顯微硬度與強(qiáng)度參量在焊接接頭的分布規(guī)律,構(gòu)建了兩者的關(guān)聯(lián)方程,便于鎳基焊材焊接接頭局部力學(xué)參數(shù)的估算。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, the local mechanical properties of the welding joint for 15CrMoR base metal and nickel based welding metal were systematically studied by means of microstructure analysis, digital image correlation (DIC) test and hardness test. Based on DIC method, the whole field strain nephogram was obtained for the welding joint of nickel based welding metal during tensile process. It was found that the strain in the welding area was small and inhomogeneous, but it was large in base metal area, while it was uniformly variated in the heat affected zone. Then, the local stress-strain curves of different regions for the welding joint were constructed, and the distribution of local mechanical properties parameters in the welding joint was revealed. Based on the microstructure analysis of welding joint, the distribution of local mechanical properties parameters was closely correlated to the distribution of microstructure. Finally, combining the distributions of microhardness and strength parameters in the welding joint, the correlation equations of them were established, which were convenient to estimate the local mechanical parameters for the welding joint of nickel based welding metal.
