    摘要:

    采用簡(jiǎn)單、高效、低成本的刻蝕技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了航空用超疏水7075鋁合金的規(guī)?;煽刂苽洹W杩箿y(cè)試表明,制備得到的超疏水7075鋁合金的電荷轉(zhuǎn)移電阻增大,雙層電容明顯減小,耐腐蝕性能得到顯著改善。該研究對(duì)開(kāi)拓綠色航空時(shí)代、創(chuàng)新合金材料腐蝕防護(hù)新技術(shù)具有重要經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。

    Abstract:

    The multifunctional 7075 aviation aluminum alloy with excellent superhydrophobic property was prepared by a simple, low-cost, and efficient etching process. The impedance results show that charge transfer resistance of prepared superhydrophobic 7075 aluminum alloy increases, and the double-layer capacitance decreases obviously, thus significantly improving the corrosion resistance. This research is of great economic value and practical significance for developing low-cost and efficient anticorrosion technique for aviation materials.
