    摘要:

    采用液相剝離技術(shù)對(duì)黑磷和氧化石墨烯進(jìn)行分散,通過共價(jià)鍵作用制得BP-GO復(fù)合載體,經(jīng)氧化還原反應(yīng)在BP-GO復(fù)合載體表面原位還原AgNPs。探究了硝酸銀含量、BP-GO含量比值對(duì)復(fù)合粉體性能影響,對(duì)比分析了相同條件下制備的BP-GO-AgNPs與GO-AgNPs復(fù)合涂層的抑菌性能。利用SEM、TEM分析表明,BP與GO成功分散,且BP-GO載體成功復(fù)合,同時(shí)AgNPs成功負(fù)載在載體表面,較優(yōu)的AgNO3添加參數(shù)為3×10-4mol。XPS分析表明,BP與GO納米片通過P-C、P-O-C的鍵合作用力聯(lián)接,且AgNPs成功負(fù)載在載體表面,成功制得BP-GO-AgNPs復(fù)合粉體。Raman分析表明,復(fù)合粉體中BP-GO含量較優(yōu)比值為1:1。抑菌結(jié)果表明,相同條件下,BP-GO-AgNPs復(fù)合涂層相較于GO-AgNPs復(fù)合涂層的抑菌效果更好。 關(guān)鍵詞: BP;GO;AgNPs;抑菌涂層

    Abstract:

    The BP and GO were dispersed by liquid-phase stripping technique. By covalent bonding, BP-GO composite carrier was prepared. AgNPs were reduced in situ on the surface of BP-GO composite carrier by redox method.The effects of silver nitrate content and BP-GO content ratio on the properties of composite powders were investigated, and the antibacterial properties of BP-GO-AgNPs and GO-AgNPs composite coatings prepared under the same conditions were compared and analyzed.SEM and TEM analysis showed that BP and GO were successfully dispersed, BP-GO carrier was successfully combined, and AgNPs were successfully loaded on the carrier surface,with the optimal AgNO3 dosage parameter was 3×10-4mol.XPS analysis showed that BP-GO-AgNPs composite powders were successfully prepared by the joint of P-C and P-O-C, and the AgNPs were successfully loaded on the surface of the carrier.Raman analysis showed that the optimal ratio of BP-GO content in the composite powder was 1:1.The antibacterial results showed that the BP-GO-AgNPs composite coating had better antibacterial effect than the GO-AgNPs composite coating under the same conditions.
