    摘要:

    結(jié)合蠕變特征量-溫度參數(shù)模型,研究了Incoloy800H管材在600℃-1050℃下的蠕變行為,擬合得出材料穩(wěn)態(tài)蠕變速率、蠕變斷裂時(shí)間、蠕變第三階段起始時(shí)間的可靠性方程,并建立了管材容許應(yīng)力與服役溫度、可靠度的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,確定的蠕變特征量可靠性方程可以較好地預(yù)測Incoloy800H管材穩(wěn)態(tài)蠕變速率、蠕變斷裂時(shí)間、蠕變第三階段起始時(shí)間的變化行為。長時(shí)蠕變數(shù)據(jù)均位于對應(yīng)蠕變方程在可靠度0.997條件下的預(yù)測區(qū)域內(nèi)。與ASME推薦的容許應(yīng)力值相比,蠕變特征量可靠性方程可以提供更為準(zhǔn)確的容許應(yīng)力評估結(jié)果。

    Abstract:

    In order to take full advantage of Incoloy800H alloy, the creep behavior of Incoloy800H alloy tubes at temperatures ranging from 600℃to 1050℃ was investigated based on creep character-temperature parameter models. The reliability equations of steady creep rate, rupture time and initiation time of tertiary creep were obtained by multiple linear regression. The effective relationships among allowable stress, service temperature and reliability were established. The results demonstrate that the creep reliability equations make the prediction for creep behavior of Incoloy800H alloy tubes more accurately. The long-term creep data are completely located in the 0.997 confidence band of predicted results by corresponding reliability equations. In comparison with recommended allowable stresses by ASME, the creep reliability equations can provide more reasonable evaluated results.
