    摘要:

    設(shè)計(jì)并進(jìn)行MTS810-25T低周疲勞試驗(yàn)機(jī)上的雙道次熱壓縮實(shí)驗(yàn),研究不同初始晶粒尺寸、變形溫度、道次間隔保溫時(shí)間及應(yīng)變速率條件下新型優(yōu)質(zhì)GH738合金的亞動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶動(dòng)力學(xué),進(jìn)而結(jié)合定量金相分析,建立該合金的亞動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶動(dòng)力學(xué)方程。結(jié)果表明:初始晶粒尺寸減小,變形溫度升高、道次間隔時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)、應(yīng)變速率增大,均可以促進(jìn)亞動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶的進(jìn)行,提高再結(jié)晶體積分?jǐn)?shù);而且,提高變形溫度和應(yīng)變速率可以降低亞動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶后晶粒尺寸上的差異,進(jìn)一步提升組織的均勻程度。進(jìn)而,結(jié)合定量金相及非線性擬合分析,建立了新型優(yōu)質(zhì)GH738合金的亞動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶模型,并將所建立模型的預(yù)測(cè)值和實(shí)驗(yàn)值進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,符合程度較好,可以滿足工程應(yīng)用要求。

    Abstract:

    Series double-pass hot compression experiments were carried out on the MTS810-25T low-cycle fatigue testing machine for the new type alloy of high-quality GH738. The effects of initial grain size, deformation temperature, holding time between passes and strain rate on the evolution of sub-dynamic recrystallization structure of high-quality GH738 alloy were analyzed. Furthermore, combined with quantitative metallography and nonlinear fitting analysis, the sub-dynamic recrystallization models of high-quality GH738 alloy were established. The experimental results show that the decrease of the initial grain size, the increase of the deformation temperature, the extension of the pass interval, and the increase of the strain rate can promote the progress of sub-dynamic recrystallization, and increase the recrystallization volume fraction. Increase the deformation temperature and strain rate can reduce the difference in grain size after sub-dynamic recrystallization, and further improve the uniformity of the microstructure distribution. Based on the experimental results, by using quantitative metallography and nonlinear fitting analysis, sub-dynamic recrystallization models of high-quality GH738 alloy were obtained. The predicted values of the established models were in good agreement with the experimental values, which could meet the actual needs in engineering applications to a great extent.
