    摘要:

    研究了擠壓溫度對(duì)擠壓態(tài)Mg-2Zn-1Y-0.5Zr生物可降解鎂合金動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶、織構(gòu)和拉伸性能的影響,基于顯微組織和腐蝕形態(tài)闡述了擠壓態(tài)合金在模擬體液中的腐蝕機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明,在440 ℃(E440)下擠壓的合金出現(xiàn)雙峰結(jié)構(gòu),具有粗大的未再結(jié)晶(unDRXed)晶粒和細(xì)小的再結(jié)晶(DRXed)晶粒。未再結(jié)晶區(qū)域的變形晶粒對(duì)織構(gòu)強(qiáng)度的影響最大。460 ℃的擠壓合金(E460)具有均勻的再結(jié)晶晶粒,晶粒細(xì)化后拉伸性能顯著改善。同時(shí),均勻的再結(jié)晶晶粒會(huì)弱化織構(gòu)強(qiáng)度。E460的樣品表現(xiàn)出最佳耐腐蝕性,腐蝕速率為0.669±0.017 mm·a-1。

    Abstract:

    The effects of extrusion temperature on dynamic recrystallization, texture and tensile properties of biodegradable Mg-2Zn-1Y-0.5Zr alloys were studied, and the corrosion mechanisms of as-extruded alloys in SBF solution were elaborated. The results show that the extruded alloy at 440 ℃ (E440) has a bimodal structure with coarse unrecrystallized (unDRXed) grains and fine recrystallized (DRXed) grains. The deformed grains from unDRXed region make the greatest contribution to the texture strength. The extruded alloy at 460 ℃ (E460) has uniform DRXed grains, and its excellent tensile properties reveal a dominance of fine grain strengthening. Simultaneously, the uniform DRXed grains are good for the weakening of texture strength. The E460 sample exhibits the best corrosion resistance with a corrosion rate of 0.669 ± 0.017 mm·a-1.
