    提出一種將多壁碳納米管碘化后制備銀/多壁碳納米管(Ag/MWCNTs)復(fù)合材料的方法。通過球磨對碘化多壁碳納米管進(jìn)行了功能化,并通過透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)、X射線衍射(XRD)、傅里葉變換紅外光譜(FT-IR)、拉曼光譜和熱重分析(TG)對其進(jìn)行了表征。結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)碘化處理后,銀納米粒子(Ag-NPs)能更好地粘附在碳納米管表面,改善了銀納米粒子與碳納米管之間的連接。羥基(-OH)基團(tuán)的伸縮振動(dòng)明顯增強(qiáng),激活了碳納米管的表面,增加了碳納米管表面Ag+形核的數(shù)量。在260 ℃以下,Ag/MWCNTs復(fù)合材料的質(zhì)量損失小于MWCNTs的質(zhì)量損失。最后,制備了銀-環(huán)氧樹脂漿料,發(fā)現(xiàn)使用Ag/MWCNTs復(fù)合物制備的漿料具有最低的電阻率和最高的熱導(dǎo)率。

    Abstract:

    A method was developed for preparing silver/multi-wall carbon nanotubes (Ag/MWCNTs) composites after iodination of the MWCNTs. The MWCNTs were functionalized by ball milling in the presence of iodine, and characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric analysis (TG). The results show that the silver-nanoparticles (Ag-NPs) adhere better to the surface of the MWCNTs after iodination, which can improve the connection between the Ag-NPs and the MWCNTs. The hydroxyl (-OH) group stretching vibration is clearly enhanced, which activates the surface of the MWCNTs and increases the number of Ag+ nucleation sites on the surface of the MWCNTs. At temperatures lower than 260 °C, the mass loss of Ag/MWCNTs composite is less than that of MWCNTs. Finally, three silver-epoxy resin pastes were separately prepared, and the paste prepared using the Ag/MWCNTs composites has the lowest resistivity and the highest thermal conductivity.
