0.25Co0.25Ni0.25Cr0.125Mn0.125)100-xBx (x=8-16, at.%)合金為研究對(duì)象,采用真空電弧熔煉、真空水冷銅模吸鑄和真空熔融甩帶的方法制備出該系列合金的鑄錠、細(xì)棒和帶材。研究不同B含量對(duì)Fe0.25Co0.25Ni0.25Cr0.125Mn0.125高熵合金在不同鑄造工藝條件下的相組成、顯微組織演變和力學(xué)性能變化。結(jié)果表明通過(guò)控制B含量和冷卻速率,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)該體系高熵合金從fcc結(jié)構(gòu)向非晶結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變,制備出偽高熵合金。并且在相同的鑄造工藝下,B含量的增加能細(xì)化晶粒,從而使得合金的強(qiáng)度和硬度隨B含量增加而增大。"/>
