    摘要:

    鐵磁性記憶合金Ni-Mn-Ga具有可恢復(fù)應(yīng)變大、響應(yīng)速度快等優(yōu)點(diǎn),有望成為一種智能驅(qū)動(dòng)與傳感材料。該合金的熱學(xué)特性、力-磁性能都對(duì)化學(xué)成分十分敏感。本文綜述了Ni-Mn-Ga基馬氏體結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變溫度和力-磁性能對(duì)化學(xué)成分依賴(lài)性:明確了馬氏體類(lèi)型、相變溫度和居里溫度的變化規(guī)律;總結(jié)了磁晶各向異性能和飽和磁化強(qiáng)度的變化趨勢(shì);探究了摻雜元素降低馬氏體孿生應(yīng)力內(nèi)在機(jī)理。最后對(duì)Ni-Mn-Ga合金成分設(shè)計(jì)中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了探討。

    Abstract:

    Ferromagnetic shape memory alloy Ni-Mn-Ga has large strain output and quick response, which would expect to be an intelligent material applied in actuator and sensor. It’s thermal, mechanical and magnetic properties are very sensitive to the chemical composition. The detail of composition dependence of these properties is reviewed in this paper. The changes of martensitic structure, martensitic transformation temperature and Curie temperature are clarified, the variation tendencies of the magnetocrystalline anisotropy energy and saturation magnetization are summarized, and the mechanism that doping elements reduce the twinning stress of martensite is revealed. Finally, the problems existing in the composition design of Ni-Mn-Ga alloy were discussed.
