    采用電弧離子鍍的方法制備了不同數(shù)目(1、2、4、6)雙層結(jié)構(gòu)的AlCrN/AlCrVN多層涂層,并研究了多層結(jié)構(gòu)對涂層微觀結(jié)構(gòu)、力學、摩擦學和切削性能的影響。結(jié)果顯示,沉積態(tài)AlCrN/AlCrVN多層涂層主要由固溶(Al,Cr)N組成,優(yōu)先生長方向為[111]晶向。與其他多層涂層相比,具有6層雙層結(jié)構(gòu)的AlCrN/AlCrVN涂層在高溫下表現(xiàn)出較低的摩擦系數(shù)(約0.46)和磨損率(0.15×10-11 m3/N·m),以及較高的硬度(HK0.05=38 000 MPa)和膜-基結(jié)合強度(LC2=53±1 N)。多層涂層相鄰層之間形成了較多的界面,有助于提高多層涂層的硬度和耐磨性。切削試驗結(jié)果顯示,當切削磨損標準VB=0.2時,AlCrN/AlCrVN-6涂層具有較高的硬度和耐磨性,最長的切削長度為7.4 m。

    Abstract:

    AlCrN/AlCrVN multi-layer coatings with different numbers (1, 2, 4, 6) of bilayers were deposited by arc ion plating method. The effects of multi-layer structure on microstructure, mechanical properties, tribological properties, and cutting performance were investigated. The results show that the deposited AlCrN/AlCrVN multi-layer coatings are mainly composed of solid solution (Al,Cr)N with preferred growth orientation of [111] crystal orientation. Compared with other multi-layer coatings, the lowest coefficient of friction (~0.46), the lowest wear rate of 0.15×10-11 m3/N·m, the highest hardness of HK0.05=38 000 MPa, and coating-substrate bonding strength of LC2=53±1 N can be achieved for AlCrN/AlCrVN multi-layer coating with 6 bilayers at high temperature. The improvement in hardness and wear resistance is due to the formation of more interfaces between adjacent layers. Cutting test results reveal that AlCrN/AlCrVN coating with 6 bilayers has the longest cutting length of 7.4 m under the cutting wear standard condition of flank wear VB=0.2 due to its relatively higher hardness and better wear resistance.
