    摘要:

    本文采用微波-煅燒法制備了CdGa2O4納米片;利用X射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、傅立葉變換紅外光譜(FT-IR)、X-射線光電子能譜(XPS)等手段對所制備的CdGa2O4納米片進行了表征;研究了CdGa2O4 的pH值對CdGa2O4納米片氣敏性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:溶液PH值為10時制備的前驅(qū)體沉淀經(jīng)煅燒所得片狀CdGa2O4在110oC時對100 ppm甲醛的靈敏度為316;對0.01 ppb的甲醛靈敏度為2。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, CdGa2O4 nanosheets were prepared by microwave-calcination method. CdGa2O4 nanosheets were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD)、scanning electron microscopy (SEM)、Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) et al. The effect of pH on the gas-sensing performance of CdGa2O4 nanosheets was investigated. The results showed that the sensitivity of CdGa2O4 which prepared by annealing at 700oC for 5h after precipitation at pH of 10 to 100 ppm formaldehyde was 316 at 110oC. The sensitivity of the gas sensor based on CdGa2O4 nanosheets to 0.01 ppb formaldehyde was 2.
