    摘要:

    針對(duì)廢舊鋰離子電池?cái)?shù)量不斷增加的現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)廢舊LiCoO2電池的回收和再生流程進(jìn)行探究。以廢舊LiCoO2電池為原料,通過預(yù)處理,酸浸,共沉淀步驟,實(shí)現(xiàn)了LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn.1O2正極材料的再生。ICP-OES分析浸出液中的元素含量,SEM和XRD表征材料形貌和結(jié)構(gòu),扣式電池的電化學(xué)測(cè)試定量分析材料的電化學(xué)性能。研究表明,利用浸出液可以再生形貌和層狀結(jié)構(gòu)良好的正極材料,在0.2C,2.8~4.3V電壓范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行充放電循環(huán)測(cè)試,首周放電比容量可達(dá)到210.8 mAh/g,經(jīng)過50周充放電循環(huán)后的容量保持率為87%,表現(xiàn)出良好的循環(huán)穩(wěn)定性,為廢舊鋰離子電池的再生提供支撐和發(fā)展方向。

    Abstract:

    In view of the waste lithium ion batteries increasing, the technologies for recycling and regeneration of spent LiCoO2 batteries have been explored. In this paper, LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2 cathode material was re-synthesized from discard LiCoO2 batteries through pre-treatment, acid leaching and co-precipitation. he concentration of metal ion in leachate were analyzed by ICP-OES, the morphology and structure of cathode materials were characterized by the SEM and XRD, the electrochemical properties of coin batteries were performed by the electrochemical tests. The results showed that the regenerated material from acid leaching lixivium exhibits the desired morphology and well layer structure. Under the condition of 2.8~4.3V, the initial discharge capacity of regenerated material is 210.8 mAh/g at 0.2C. After 50 cycles, the capacity retention of re-synthesized cathode material is 87%, showing good cycle performance, which will support the recycling process for spent Li-ion batteries
