    為了進(jìn)一步評(píng)估700℃先進(jìn)超超臨界火電機(jī)組選材的可用性和選材方案的科學(xué)性,對(duì)在華能南京電廠700℃關(guān)鍵部件驗(yàn)證試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)上運(yùn)行的候選管樣進(jìn)行定期取樣和檢測(cè)。采用力學(xué)性能測(cè)試和顯微組織分析相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)不同運(yùn)行時(shí)間(0 h, 10000 h,24000 h)的Inconel 740H過(guò)熱器管進(jìn)行測(cè)試、對(duì)比和分析。研究結(jié)果表明:Inconel 740H在室溫和700℃高溫的屈服強(qiáng)度和抗拉強(qiáng)度隨服役時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)緩慢降低;在運(yùn)行10000 h后,室溫和高溫沖擊吸收功降幅顯著,但當(dāng)服役時(shí)間進(jìn)一步延長(zhǎng)至24000 h時(shí)降幅較小。顯微組織方面,隨著服役時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),Inconel 740H的變化主要表現(xiàn)在晶界碳化物M23C6的長(zhǎng)大變多及晶內(nèi)γ′相的粗化。總體來(lái)說(shuō),Inconel 740H在運(yùn)行24000 h后的力學(xué)性能和組織與演化均趨于穩(wěn)定。

    Abstract:

    In order to further evaluate the scientificity and availability of materials selection scheme of the advanced 700℃ ultra-supercritical (700 ℃ A-USC) thermal power units, regular sampling and testing were conducted on the candidate tubes operating on the 700℃ A-USC test bed of Huaneng Nanjing Power Plant. Three groups of Inconel 740H superheater tubes with different operation time (0 h, 10,000 h, 24,000 h) were sectioned and machined, and then their mechanical properties and microstructure characteristics were evaluated by means of OM, SEM, TEM. Results show that the Rp0.2 and Rm of Inconel 740H at room temperature (RT) and 700℃ decreased slowly with the extension of operation time. The impact absorbing energy at room and high temperature both decreased significantly from original aging state to operation for 10,000 h, but when the operation time further prolonged to 24,000 h, only slight decrease was observed. The microstructure evolution of Inconel 740H was mainly manifested in the increase of grain boundary carbide M23C6 and the coarsening of γ′ particles. In general, Inconel 740H boiler tubes exhibited good mechanical properties and microstructure stability during operation.
