    稀有金屬常用于鎂合金的制造過程,金屬鎂冶煉通常采用硅熱法,因煉鎂過程處于真空狀態(tài),導(dǎo)致無法連續(xù)生產(chǎn),有必要研究真空時(shí)鎂蒸汽的冷凝行為,可以為連續(xù)煉鎂工藝提供理論和技術(shù)支持。在真空條件不同揮發(fā)溫度和溫度梯度下鎂蒸氣的冷凝行為被研究,結(jié)果表明隨著揮發(fā)溫度的升高,冷凝初始點(diǎn)溫度降低,且鎂蒸氣冷凝區(qū)域跨度增大,得到的金屬鎂冷凝產(chǎn)物顆粒粒徑減小。當(dāng)溫度梯度固定時(shí),揮發(fā)溫度從1000℃升高至1200℃,鎂蒸氣的冷凝初始點(diǎn)溫度為從400.1℃降低到344.7℃,鎂冷凝區(qū)域長度從11.5cm增加至16cm,且鎂蒸氣冷凝顆粒粒徑大小從68.33μm降低至24.60μm;當(dāng)揮發(fā)溫度固定時(shí),溫度梯度從30.23℃/cm升高至39.85℃/cm,鎂冷凝區(qū)域長度從14cm降低至10cm,說明溫度梯度增加,冷凝距離變短,對粒度大小影響較小。研究結(jié)果可用于指導(dǎo)金屬鎂連續(xù)生產(chǎn)過程或連續(xù)煉鎂冷凝器的設(shè)計(jì)。

    Abstract:

    :Rare metals are commonly used in the manufacturing process of magnesium alloys, and the Pidgeon process is usually used for magnesium production, the production of magnesium is in vacuum, which resulting in discontinuous, it is necessary to study the condensation behavior of magnesium vapor in vacuum, which can provide theoretical support for continuous production. The condensation behavior of magnesium vapor at different volatilization temperatures and temperature gradients is studied. The results show that the increase of volatilization temperature, the initial condensation temperature decreases, the condensation region span of magnesium vapor increases, and the particle size of condensation products decreases. The volatilization temperature increased from 1000 ℃ to 1200 ℃, the initial condensation temperature of magnesium vapor decreased from 400.1 ℃ to 344.7 ℃, the span of magnesium condensation area increased from 11.5 cm to 16 cm, and the particle size of magnesium vapor condensation decreased from 68.33 μm to 24.60 μm. The temperature gradient increases, the span of condensation region becomes shorter, and has little effect on particle size. The research results can be used to guide the continuous production process of magnesium and the design of condenser for continuous magnesium production.
