    本文以廢舊紫銅片為基體,Ni粉、Cr粉為覆膜材料,通過活化反應(yīng)燒結(jié)法制備了Ni-Cr-Cu三元合金電極材料。采用X射線衍射分析(XRD)、場發(fā)射電鏡(SEM)、X射線能譜分析(EDS)等對電極的物相、形貌結(jié)構(gòu)、元素分布、以及析氫產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行表征;通過循環(huán)伏安、線性極化、交流阻抗等方法測試了合金電極材料的電催化析氫性能。結(jié)果表明Ni-Cr-Cu三元合金薄膜電極具有優(yōu)異的析氫性能,調(diào)節(jié)Cr元素的含量可提高其析氫催化活性,在室溫條件下,Ni30wt%Cr-Cu三元合金電極材料在6mol/L KOH的溶液中析氫性能較好,其析氫過電位僅有-0.13V (vs SCE),交換電流密度為10mA/cm2時(shí)對應(yīng)的極化電位為-0.145V (vs SCE);經(jīng)開路電位測試36000 s后,電極材料的開路電位(η)從0.05V變化為0.02V,僅降低0.03 V,表明析氫電極化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性良好。

    Abstract:

    Ni-Cr-Cu ternary alloys electrode materials were prepared by activation reaction sintering method with tinplate, Ni powder and Cr powder as raw materials. The phase, constitute morphology and element component of the electrode were characterized by XRD, SEM, EDS. The electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution performance of alloy electrode materials was investigated by cyclic voltammetry curve, linear polarization curve, potentiodynamic polarization curve, electrochemical impedance spectrum. The results show that the Ni-Cr-Cu ternary alloy film electrode has excellent hydrogen evolution performance, and the content of Cr can improve the hydrogen evolution catalytic activity. At room temperature, Ni30wt%Cr-Cu ternary alloy electrode material is 6mol/L. The catalytic activity of hydrogen evolution in KOH solution is the strongest, the hydrogen evolution overpotential is only -0.13 V (vs SCE), the potential is -0.145 V (vs SCE) as the exchange current density of 10mA/cm2, and the open circuit potential (η) of the electrode material is from 0.05 to 0.02 V after 36000 s, which only increased by 0.03 V, indicating that the hydrogen evolution electrode has good chemical stability.
