2O3涂層摩擦磨損、耐腐蝕、抗熱震、阻氚性能的影響進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:溫度、加速電壓及離子注入劑量對(duì)α-Al2O3的含量均有影響。溫度升高時(shí), α-Al2O3的含量增加。增大加速電壓及離子注入劑量時(shí),α-Al2O3含量均出現(xiàn)先升高后降低的規(guī)律。離子注入劑量對(duì)涂層的摩擦磨損、耐腐蝕性能影響比較大:離子注入劑量越大,涂層的耐磨、耐腐蝕性能越好。涂層經(jīng)過200次熱震測試后未發(fā)生變化,抗熱震性能較好。Al2O3膜層具有優(yōu)異的阻氚性能,在600 ℃下能使316L不銹鋼的氚滲透率降低3個(gè)數(shù)量級(jí)。"/>
