2Fe14B相優(yōu)異的磁性能與高溫穩(wěn)定性,其溫度穩(wěn)定性也得到明顯改善,摻雜后合金的剩磁和矯頑力溫度系數(shù)分別為-0.32%/K和-0.41%/K,與純CeFeB合金相比分別提高了38.5%和40.6%。Y和Zr共摻雜后,由于增加的磁晶各向異性場(chǎng)和晶粒尺寸細(xì)化所產(chǎn)生的聯(lián)合效應(yīng),合金的矯頑力、剩磁和最大磁能積大幅度提高,分別比純CeFeB合金提高了30.9%、58.1%和204.8%。"/>
