    摘要:

    本文以超高轉(zhuǎn)速等離子旋轉(zhuǎn)電極法(SS-PREP法)制備的高球形度Inconel 718高溫合金粉末為原料,采用熱等靜壓(HIP)工藝制備了Inconel 718高溫合金粉末高溫合金,重點研究了熱處理制度對合金組織和力學性能的影響。實驗結(jié)果表明:采用SS-PREP法制得的Inconel 718高溫合金粉末粒度分布均勻,球形度良好,具有優(yōu)異的HIP工藝性能;隨著固溶溫度的增加,合金晶界逐漸變淺,說明晶界析出相數(shù)量逐漸減少。時效熱處理后,沿晶界析出大量針狀δ相,同時還有少量MC碳化物相。在1210℃、120MPa條件下保溫保壓4h的HIP工藝下,經(jīng)不同固溶溫度熱處理后,合金室溫抗拉強度可達1404MPa,650℃高溫抗拉強度為1150MPa,980℃下合金綜合性能較好。

    Abstract:

    Powder metallurgy (P/M) Inconel 718 superalloy was processed through hot isostatic pressing (HIP) route by SS-PREP powder. Effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of superalloy was research. The results indicated that the distribution of size of Inconel 718 superalloy SS-PREP powder uniformity, with the fine degree of sphericity. HIP at 1210℃/120MPa for 4h, average size of grain was 50μm, tensile strength at room temperature was 1260MPa. Tensile strength at room temperature achieve to 1404MPa through solution treatment at different temperatures and two-step ageing treatment, and Tensile strength at 650℃ achieve to 1150MPa. Optimum properties of Inconel 718 superalloy appears when solution treatment at 980℃.
