    摘要:

    本研究采用高溫高壓工藝制備WTi10合金。采用電子探針、掃描電子顯微鏡及X射線衍射等研究制備技術(shù)對(duì)合金致密度及微觀組織的影響,尤其是合金中的相演變特征,評(píng)價(jià)靶材對(duì)合金相的要求,并據(jù)此獲取優(yōu)化的制備工藝。研究表明,溫度是制備WTi10合金致密度的主要影響因素,合金的致密度隨溫度升高而增大;溫度高于1250℃合金中為完全固溶生成的體心立方β相,其中主要包含W顆粒、富鎢β(W,Ti)及富鈦β1(W,Ti)三種成分;鎢鈦合金靶材要求其中富鈦相β1越少越好,富鎢β(W,Ti)相占比也不宜過高,則其加工溫度應(yīng)該≥1400℃且≤1500℃,保壓保溫時(shí)間則與加工溫度成反比關(guān)系,加壓壓力≥15MPa。

    Abstract:

    High temperature & high pressure were used for the preparation of WTi10 alloy. The density and microstructure of alloys were analyzed by Electron Probe Microanalysis, Scanning Electron Microscope and X ray diffraction, especially the evolution of phase. In addition, effect of phase differences on sputter target and the optimal processing parameters were researched. The various effects on preparation of WTi10 alloy were studied. The results indicate that temperature was most important one. The density of alloy increases with temperature. When the temperature was above 1250℃, the microstructure was mainly consisted of β phase with body-centered cubic. In which were the W particle, β phase of W-rich solid solution and β1 phase of Ti-rich solid solution in microstructures. Sputter target have demand that the less of β1 phase and β phase, the better. As a result, the optimum processing temperature was between 1400℃ and 1500℃. The time of high temperature & high pressure processing was inversely proportional to its temperature. And then, pressure exceeds 15 MPa was required.
