    采用Thermecmaster-Z型熱加工模擬試驗(yàn)機(jī)對(duì)Ti60合金進(jìn)行等溫恒應(yīng)變速率壓縮實(shí)驗(yàn),獲得該合金在變形溫度700~950℃,應(yīng)變速率0.001~10s-1和真應(yīng)變0.51條件下的流變曲線,通過(guò)考慮摩擦和溫升效應(yīng)對(duì)流動(dòng)應(yīng)力的影響,對(duì)Ti60合金實(shí)測(cè)流變曲線進(jìn)行修正。結(jié)果表明,摩擦和溫升效應(yīng)對(duì)Ti60合金流動(dòng)應(yīng)力均具有較顯著的影響,且摩擦效應(yīng)隨著應(yīng)變的增加而增加,而溫升效應(yīng)隨著變形溫度的降低和應(yīng)變速率的升高而增加。經(jīng)摩擦和溫升修正后的流變曲線接近于流動(dòng)穩(wěn)態(tài)型,它能更準(zhǔn)確地反映Ti60合金在等溫恒應(yīng)變速率條件下的流動(dòng)應(yīng)力對(duì)真應(yīng)變的動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)。

    Abstract:

    Thermecmaster-Z thermal processing simulation machine was used to conduct isothermal compression tests on Ti60 alloy, and the flow curves of the alloy were obtained under the conditions of deformation temperature 700 ~ 950℃, strain rate 0.001 ~ 10s-1 and true strain 0.51. The flow curves of Ti60 alloy were corrected by considering the effect of friction and heating on flow stress.The results show that the effectof friction and heatinghas significant influence on the flow stress of Ti60 alloy.The influence of friction increases with the increase of strain, while the influence of heating increases with the decrease of deformation temperature and the increase of strain rate. The flow curve presents flow steady typeafter correctingby the effect of friction and heating,which can more accurately reflect the dynamic response of the flow stress of Ti60 alloy to the true strain.
