    摘要:

    對(duì)經(jīng)輕氣炮預(yù)沖擊的Ti6321雙態(tài)組織樣品進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)壓縮和動(dòng)態(tài)壓縮再加載試驗(yàn),探究沖擊后其力學(xué)性能的變化。利用光學(xué)顯微鏡(OM)和透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)對(duì)其微觀組織演化進(jìn)行觀察并分析。結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)預(yù)沖擊后的Ti6321合金的靜動(dòng)態(tài)屈服強(qiáng)度、平均流變應(yīng)力較原始樣品有所升高,但斷裂應(yīng)變、沖擊吸收功明顯下降,且經(jīng)過預(yù)沖擊的樣品經(jīng)動(dòng)態(tài)再加載后更易出現(xiàn)絕熱剪切破壞。TEM結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)輕氣炮預(yù)沖擊過后的樣品內(nèi)部有孿晶生成,從而導(dǎo)致了Ti6321鈦合金表現(xiàn)出沖擊波強(qiáng)化效應(yīng)。

    Abstract:

    The quasi-static and dynamic reload compression tests were conducted to explore the changes in mechanical properties of Ti6321 alloy bimodal structure after preshock. The optical microscopy (OM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used to observe and analyze the microstructures. The results show that the static and dynamic yield strength and average flow stress of Ti6321 alloy after pre-shock are higher than those of the original sample, but the fracture strain and impact absorption energy are significantly reduced, and the preshock sample is more likely to appear an adiabatic shear failure after SHPB loading. TEM results showed that twins were formed inside the sample after the preshock of the light gas gun, which caused the Ti6321 titanium alloy to exhibit a shock wave strengthening effect.
