    摘要:

    利用十字交叉軋制工藝制備了Mg-1.5Y合金板材,對(duì)比研究了再結(jié)晶退火(475 ℃×15 min)對(duì)其微觀組織、宏觀織構(gòu)、力學(xué)性能及成形性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,退火促使軋制板材發(fā)生強(qiáng)烈的靜態(tài)再結(jié)晶,形成均勻的等軸晶組織。軋制態(tài)板材呈現(xiàn)出近圓形-雙峰織構(gòu)分布特征,(0002)面極點(diǎn)由法向(ND)向軋制方向2(RD2)傾轉(zhuǎn)大約±20o;再結(jié)晶退火后,基面極點(diǎn)沿軋制交角方向發(fā)生劈裂,形成蝴蝶狀-多峰弱織構(gòu)分布特征,且晶粒取向更加隨機(jī)化,最大極密度由軋制態(tài)的5.0降低至2.8。退火態(tài)板材的斷后伸長率、杯突值分別達(dá)到30.5%、4.4 mm,相對(duì)于軋制態(tài)分別提高了63%、42%。

    Abstract:

    Mg-1.5Y alloy sheet was prepared by cross-rolling technology. The effect of recrystallization annealing (475 ℃×15 min) on microstructure, macro-texture, mechanical properties and stretch formability of Mg-1.5Y alloy sheet was primarily studied. The results show that the uniform equiaxed grains were formed through strong static recrystallization after recrystallization annealing. The texture of as-rolled alloy sheet exhibited a subrotund-bimodal orientation distribution, and the basal-pole intensity peak tilts about ±20° from normal (ND) to rolling direction 2 (RD2). The texture orientation distribution was more dispersed and randomized after recrystallization annealing. The basal-pole intensity peak split along the intersection angle of rolling direction and a weakened butterfly-shaped multi-peaks texture orientation distribution was finally forming. Besides, the maximum intensity of basal plane decreased from 5.0 to 2.8. The fracture elongation and index of Erichsen test of as-annealed alloy sheet are 30.5% and 4.4mm respectively, which are improved about 63% and 42% compared with as-rolled alloy sheet.
