    摘要:

    對Ti650合金電子束焊接樣品進行了不同制度的熱處理,研究了焊后熱處理工藝對合金焊接樣品的組織和力學性能影響。結(jié)果表明,Ti650合金真空電子束焊縫焊后主要以亞穩(wěn)馬氏體α′相為主。經(jīng)700℃/2hAC退火后,焊縫中馬氏體α′相發(fā)生近平衡相變α′→α,同時焊縫中析出大量次生短針狀α相。經(jīng)1010℃/1.5hWC+650℃/2hAC處理后,α相發(fā)生了明顯粗化和等軸化。次生析出的短針狀α與原始粗化的α片層相結(jié)合有效的提高焊縫強度,阻礙了裂紋的擴展,使焊接接頭在該條件下具有較好的強度和塑性。經(jīng)固溶時效后再經(jīng)700℃/2hAC處理,晶界處逐漸析出等軸α,弱化了晶界強度,引起其塑性的降低。綜合分析焊縫區(qū)的組織和性能,Ti650合金焊接樣品推薦采用1010℃/1.5hWC+650℃/2hAC進行焊后熱處理,焊縫和基體的性能能夠獲得較好匹配。

    Abstract:

    The effects of post-weld heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti650 alloy electron beam welding (EBW) samples were studied. The results indicated that metastable martensite α′ is the main phase in the fusion zone of welding seam. During 700℃/2hAC heat-treatment, a phase transition α′→α occurred, and a large number of short aciculate secondary α were precipitated in the fusion zone. After 1010℃/1.5hWC+650℃/2hAC heat treatment, α was obviously coarsened and equiaxed. The microstructure contains the original coarse layer and the secondary short acicular alpha can effectively improve the strength and prevent the crack growth of welded joint. The welded joint has better strength and plasticity under the condition. After subsequent treatment at 700℃/2hAC, some equiaxed alpha can be found gradually precipitated at the grain boundary, resulting in a decrease in strength and plasticity of the grain boundary. In conclusion, 1010℃/1.5hWC+650℃/2hAC is the most suitable post-welding heat treatment for Ti650 EBW welded joint to make the properties of weld and matrix be well matched.
